The camera is very average IMO, once again we see that this site only value captured detail in daylight in their verdicts and therefore their opinion does not carry any weight.
This cam is more than good enough though, a tad better than Galaxy Grand 2 in most cases (Samsung tune their mobile cameras to max performance in perfect light conditions, ie they have the same preferences as the reviewers on this website)

So many lower-end smartphones using Snapdragon 400. Not that I am complaining though. Snapdragon 400 is a mighty fine SoC for cheaper phones.

Anonymous, 12 Aug 2014I dont know why but GSMArena didnt approved my first commen... moreMy dear Anon,
The review is correct but for certain markets where T3 costs more than the Z1. And where the hell did you get that price from ? Flipkart will go out of business if they follow your advice. The lowest price is on eBay for around Rs.24,000
Here, have a look

And oh, BTW, Flipkart never priced it Rs.8000

Rubbish phones. All the Z's still experience self-cracking issues. It's just ridiculous for devices that are this expensive and supposedly high-end to spontaneously combust.

the price is all wrong, how can T3 be more expensive than Z1???
T3 price in Asia is about 400usd which is LOWER than Z1 (around 500usd). The same in Germany/Europe (300EUR vs. 350EUR)

I dont know why but GSMArena didnt approved my first comment... anyways it is a nice review but I didnt understand two things.. first gsmarena says screen is really good but in the review chart it is showing contrast ratio - 960 which is really bad even for a midrange device.. second thing I checked the price in india on flipkart, it is INR Rs8000/- (roughly US $120) less than Xperia Z1... why you guys said that it is pricier than z1? Thanks for the review

I noticed some weird whitish tint to the screen in pics. Especially if u see the picture on the 1st page , the display even when turned off , has a whitish tint compared to the bezels. The phone looks really ugly in such cases.( And no , it isn't light reflection . I have seen it on other Sony smartphones also).

"The volume levels are once again the only problem with the output" as always with the sony phones, wonder why can't they put a proper amp like htc and iphones ?

Nice review and an AWESOME device!! However I went to sellers today to ask for the price and I was totally shocked, Xperia Z1 is cheaper than this! It was TOTALLY RIGHY to say here in the review that "It may still be forgotten for a few months".
Dear Sony, I want this phone but not at this extremely high price!!
