Sorry but where is the proof that this is really gorilla glas 3? Sony wasn't before client of corning with one exception for one bravia tv.
i really hope its durable and stable as Gorilla glas 3 but i doubt as there is even no sign of sony as a customer of corning. take a look here http://www.corninggorillaglass.com/products-with-gorilla
i also hope that the stupid anti shatter foil times are gone forever. Why is here no scratch test with scissors and keys? would be much appreciated.

According to me its best in SOME ways, for example the OS is definitely not the best, not even close, and lets wait for some camera results, we will see another great win for iPhone 6, plus the TouchID and whatever. Its just childish bias to say that Z3c rules bigtime, that depends on individual criteria, and you are not the one to set the criteria for other buyers.
If iPhone 6 was a tad shorter, ie not sticking out of my pocket that far, i could very well have chosen it over the Z3c and lets wait for the battery test as well, it may be a significant improvement over 5s (which is already good enough for lots of people).
I get the point anyweay, its better in YOUR OPINION, which i dont really care much about. I have my own reasons, which you wouldnt care about, right? See how simple it is to agree to disagree?

But i would worry much more about the front, the back isnt even critical, the phone will still work. On Xperia Z it was easy to fix the back without going to service center, and by the way that back glass is very strong and flexible, i bent it very far without it breaking, doesnt look like it is too fragile, not at all.

Also remember that the S5 has a 16:9 sensor, when cropped to 4:3 is ends up at around 12mpix while the Z3c is still 20.7, thats a huge difference in pixel count.
Waiting for Z3c Superior Auto to be added.

The protruding glass on both sides makes me a little worried. How large/small a blow/bump will it take to crack the entire surface????
I frankly don't get the point on glass at the back of a phone or phablet. Sure it might LOOK nice, but a slight unluckily placed bump and the whole back could be cracked, requiring an expensive repair. Had it been metal or plastic it would just get a dent...

GSMArena's photo comparison tool says Z3 Compact's images are more detailed and crisper than Galaxy S5's, in fact it's better than most of the phones out there. Too good to be true.

WOW, Z3 Compact has just topped GSMArena's battery-life tables for a phone!!! The only devices that beat it on their list are larger 6+" phablet/tablet devices that have the space for huge batteries. And that was without even enabling the Stamina Mode!!!!
They totally, made the correct decision to keep the 720p screen. Battery life is much more important than a difference in resolution that you can't notice unless you use your phone an inch from your face.

I'm loving this phone and can't wait to get it. Perfect replacement for my Xperia S. It was worth to wait for this.

And it cost 140£ less than Galaxy Alpha... this is just a perfect phone!
