What a greedy vendor they sell it Rp 9.999M (approximately $770 currency) when first launch but doesn't even care bout put in a 4G antenna so no where 4G connection could be established with this device in indonesian version. Othervendor has already sell much more with either 4G enabled and 4G-ready smartphons, not to mention even the oldies first gen Note has 4G-ready though it wasn't 4G when 4G didn't implemented but now 4G implemented it can be use with 4G connection. But this Note 4 is not even 4G-ready though 4G network has been already here since Apple launch their 4th iPhone. Just so greedy to sell that high of price with cheaper stuff by removing some.

SAMSUNG SUCKS!!!!!
Note 4 is the most pathetic Device is all i can say!!!!
Had battery issues at the end of one year(for which i had to get the battery replaced) and now at the end of a year and a half, all of a sudden spontaneous reboot , freezing and shutdown started occuring on the device.
The first Samsung authorized service center wrongly diagnosed the issue to be a battery issue and suggested we replace the battery. After having done that, the issue still persisted.
We had to diagnosed at a different Samsung Authorized center, and after some analysis they mentioned that the mother board "could've" (and its only "could", they aren't even sure of the fact) gone bad.
They further went on to state that we'd have to shell out 15k for the motherboard (for a device on which ive already blown 60k indian currency) and they would then test to see if the issue is going to be fixed with the PBU replacement, ELSE the Sub- PBU would also have to be replaced.
Firstly the product itself is soooo shitty, and worse is the support team ppl have NIL understanding of the issue and what i had been trying to ask, even after having the issue escalated. There's been no proper response from the service team, i even went to the extent of posting on their Facebook page and they stopped responding to that as well.
Ive been using Samsung device for over 6 years only for its ease of use and features, and it only seems like with the introduction of newer devices every the hardware quality and services have only deteriorated and have gone from bad to worse.
Whats the point of spending a bomb on a device that hardly lasts for a year and a half(literally just a few months over the warranty period)??????
As a suuuper frustrated customer i am only spreading the word around so that people be aware of the kind of crappy products and support samsung has been offering.
No wonder people say apple products beat Samsung ones, hands down.

Protection sucks !
No water resistant, dust proof and is has realtively weak body than that of others.
I just dropped it accidently from an avg. height and its lcd panel just got broken which costed me 170$ 😑

Great phone and a worthwhile investment now that the Note 5 has been out in the US market there is a well established ROM scene meaning there is plenty of life in this device for any hardware hacker.

Does it suffer fro... morei would say that the samsung note for is a complete beast against the iphone because on the ipjone you cant so many thing for example downloading music is a fkin headache. you can put you photos from your desktop on it easily it has to go through itunes and the only good thing is the camra is easy to use. you cant get most of the apps that you can get google play store once it freezes then you are fucked but if a samsung freez you can easily restart it or just go home and in terms of massaging texting facebooking or reading online staff the ssamsung is the best phone for it and the battey is 1 quarter more then the iphone it can last you a day with no problems where as the iphone wont go till lunch unless you put it on the lowest brightness and shit. so for all those people talking shit they just dont understand anything about phones or they are just iphone fans and just here to talk shit from the start.

Lol everyonr who's whining about obviously major phone defects, go get your handsets fixed because that's not how the note 4 is for the rest of the us who have properly working units. Your problems are examples of faulty software/hardware or are products of pre-loving or worse, fake enterprises. They are not representative of the note 4 at all. Anybody with half a brain would know that.
