Never buy samsung again specially from pk. Customer service is v baaad not cooperated n no replace policy like others is providing.

For Screen shot, press power button and home button at the same time. Main problem of this phone is it keeps on hanging! cannot recommend to anyone. For all other inquries, chat their support on their website and you'll get quick answer.
