GS6 Edge is clearly THE BEST and THE MOST BEAUTIFUL phone in the World. And not only the best, but far ahead of the others.
But with no SD support and no removable battery open the gap , that if some other OEM makes high end phone with those features, will steal most of the existing Galaxy users(they are not fanatic as the Apple's fans). Or many of them will stay with GS4/GS5/Note3/Note 4 and will not upgrade.
I don't believe that many iZombies will jump on the S6/S6Edge wagon no matter how much, MUCH BETTER phones are . So Samsung might be in trouble again.
Only making removable leather back version(we know they can) will save them.

SD is very useful when you have different contents to put in(for holidays, for job, taking big files from frends....)and no need to transfer it into the main storage or connect dongles.
Besides with 32GB version you don't need to pay $100 extra for 32GB more
So shut up.

The Lumia cameras are great, not so good in auto mide, but great manual control including RAW (work on that, Samsung!) and best centre detail. Where the S6 (and earlier Samsungs) beat the rest is auto modes, HDR mode, panorama detail and possibly most important: lens quality throughout the frame. Their corners are much sharper than those from Lumia's and even iPhones. Video detail is also class leading. iPhone falls well short here and the iPhone videos always have the same yellow veil, just like its pictures (possibly trying to fake "golden hour" shots). Even the S6 stabilization now seems to beat any OEM implementation (which Instagram stabilization is not).

The s6 does s... moreThe lumia flagship cameras are indeed good, but you need to fiddle with the manual settings to actually have the best out of every photo, which can be bothersome and you may end up losing the shot. You don't really need an uber awesome camera to get a brilliant photo. Just learning how to frame your shots right, can make a world of difference.

I wish they do the slow motion video. That was one of the most disappointing feature. Was excited about it but up until Note 4 it was still bad while Apple implement it so well.

I am only interested if the price of the S5 comes down. Dont care to be paying top price for any mobile when in 9 months a new model comes out.

What is the problem with you guys shouting about SD card. It's a stale thing. The UFS wouldn't make the SD card make any sense of the phone. There are alternatives. Cloud, OTG, PC or MAC. What else do you want? Just quit talking about it already.

finaly,a manual mode!!! i love using it,especialy at night. but only few phones have this mode,and most of them are from chinese mobile makers...meizu mx4 has a wonderful camera,realy good quality photos come out from this device! waiting to se a full review of GS6/edge...

Samsung had change the way it process the photo, it is so smooth when you zoom in unlike Note edge or in iPhone 6. But... I notice the far object is much blur where some may dislike it, obvious the car plate less clear compare with Note Edge but this is due to big aperture. I no complain here.
S6 white balance is much whiter and not that yellowish anymore.
S6 is a much much improvement in camera, possible a new era in mobile, I am shock when zoom in, the details is sharp and clear smooth, it is completely different as what we ever seen before in any mobile phone camera.

Hope the camera is fast in low light. Hate that indoor pics of people moving results in a blurry mess. $amsung are leaving their roots, earlier they served great hardware for a reasonable price, Knox, no SD and no removeable battery,for an insane high price, is a big step in becomming an rotten apple. Hope this is the start of their downfall!

The Note 4/Edge had great camera's. Better than the iPhone 6's but the S6/edge takes it to a whole new level. Great work!

The written text in Note Edge photographs and video is sharper... Apart from that, overall, S6 Edge takes the lead. Cannot match iPhone video though.

16 MP photo and 4K video is no good without an SD card. The phone's internal storage is gonna fill up very quick with giant photo and video files. Dropping the SD card was a very foolish move.

Wouldn't expect anything else from gsmarenna. The s6 does show some improvement over the note 4 but my initial impressions of the camera have gone down a bit. I guess Nokia still holds the crown for smartphone cameras.
Sony can beat them but doesn't want to because they don't want their smartphones to go to their compact point and shoot cameras what they've done to hand held gaming platforms.
Samsung keeps showing improvement but not yet there.
