On S3 the RAM is only 750M and is full with Samsung bloatware. For Android to run ok, you will need at least 1.5G RAM. Also the camera is much better at P8 lite, is on par with Nexus 5 or S4, maybe S5. I have at home S4 mini, and P8 lite. P8 lite is snappier at everything, and has less apps installed by default. Battery is like S4 mini, slightly better: 2 days average use. I got 3 days too when was used almost only for calls, with no 3g data.
Of course, if you play games, battery lasts for a about 3 hours
Also this phone is the prettiest phone mentioned here.

I got this handset last week And the battery lasts pretty good. I have the one with the kirion,or something like that, chipset Anand this phone is fast and nippy. I enjoy the all focus option when taking photos too, I can set the focus after I took the foto. If you take a foto of something close and see something in the background that's blurry, you can focus on that and it will be crystal clear. No problems at all and would recommend this fone to others.

Can someone please tell me which phone is better: huawei p8 lite or samsung galaxy s3 neo i9301? Huawei for me looks better, but samsung is probably safer for buy. I am in very big doubt.

When device or gadget is very famous NOBODY bitch about it .. only certain fanboys in comments..
Websites slagging device when they are not much famous .. or they has no support from them..
For huawei I was saying only nice things like 3 years back when I had P6.. since then I started like huawei and knew already the huawei will be no 1. soon .. :)

In my experience, chipsets with good cpu and moderate gpu tend to perform better than moderate cpu and good gpu configuration. I don't know if snapdragon 615 can run all 8 cores simultaneously but it does not score as well in cpu benchmarks as it can. For comparison it can be easily outperformed by mediatek 6752(8 arm 53 at 1.7 GHz) and even kirin 620 (8 arm 53 at 1.2 ghz) in multicore cpu tests. Had the two chipsets got slightly stronger gpu they would have blown away 615 in almost all tests.
