The Samsung Galaxy Note5 and Galaxy S6 edge+ are finally official, the first - a month ahead of its established product cycle, the second – replacing the proof-of-concept Note Edge with a market-proven mainstream design.

cant say im disappointed .. thanx to gsmarena & project zero we all saw that coming ... i think its time to switch from my great note2 to ---> note4 .. since its already available with remov.-battery & sd-card ... not to mention will be cheaper when note5 arrive

    Only one more addition: I hate shamesung now, one of the may be just the Best hi-tech company became iSung instead of Samsung. May be apple should think taking it over. Shamesung already copying iProducts so not much difference.

    I'm waiting for SD820 devices when they comes I'll immediately change my s5+ and never turn back to shamesung again.

        I heard some rumors here in the company they samsung will publish Hard Drives And A battery somebody says that the power bank that the samsung will publish i guess near september they will be releasing the product has a quick charging, that can maximize the charge for about 45 minutes(75%)

        i guess the reason why samsung release this phone without SD and removable battery is that samsung want to have more profit from the new HARD drive and Power Banks that they will be realeasing

          3000mah battery? do u think i never use Note 4 before? what is the meaning if i always need to find charger or using power bank rather give me a big battery option ?

              Samsung are only interested in making money these days.... They didn't include a micro sd card slot on the Note 5 so that they will charge you a premium when u go for the Note 5 devices of 64/128 gb capacity, the non removable battery is also a downgrade, this Note 5 will definitely sell less than Note 4, a few top executives at Samsung will be losing their jobs early next year due to poor sales.

                  Well, I don't want it.
                  I'm a real Note user . And I don't think that out there on the market is something that can replace Note.(like all the iMedia and iBloggers suggest) Hell noooooop!
                  Those ppl that bought Note only for the large screen have other options. But we, the real Note users are f....d up.
                  Samsung ignore us , the real Note users, and went to hunt apple's fans instead. Well, nothing wrong with that Samsung to try it.
                  But why ignore us???
                  Samsung can make 100 model per year, but HOW they can not make version with leather back WITH SD SUPPORT and SWAPPABLE BATTERY on the same Note 5 or GS6Edge???? How come?
                  Please Samsung do it. We know you can.
                  Until then we will keep the old Note models as long as we can. Or until some other OEM make real Note replacement.

                    Guys, relax.
                    Samsung made Note5 not to compete with other Android, but to compete with iPhone.
                    Hence the spec.

                    So sit back, and relax.

                      battery - if you think note 4 battery lasts longer , then probably you use your note 4 just for attending calls and sending sms ;-)

                      Touwiz for note is polished - lol .. never say it again

                      abt exynos .. more cores but no advantage in real life

                        Pristine over all look of both devices. Excellent image quality Though Over-sharpening is really Evident.

                          Real use you can't differentiate

                          Battery:-
                          Not bad unlike S6 or S6 edge , but can't say its better than iPhone 6+.
                          And real life usage is different. Like samsung likes to load the apps again and again it will end up drinking the battery faster.
                          And never forgot abt samsung software might to consume the battery for unnecessary features.

                          OS optimisation:-
                          Dont blabber. Android too is not optimized for phablets.
                          Ask any developer abt which is better or worse of the two.

                            What will be Samsungs reaction if the Note 5 or S6 Edge Plus Fails to be Successful,Metal & Glass as been so bad for Samsung and the Design of there phones,Glass is a Fingerprint Magnet and Breaks Easily,Metal as really Upgraded the prices of Samsung phones,which they do not want when there Sales are Struggling,plus the lost of the memory card,which people have got so use to on Samsung phones,Just because there Supplying for Apple they know there will no Court cases banning Samsung phones,what is the use of getting the Note 5 or S6 Edge Plus on Contract with the Galaxy S7 only a few months away

                              Samsung sud launch a GALAXY NOTE5 ACTIV like the one Galaxy s6 has.even if it looks ok or ugly but ppl will atleast have option to go with more productivity or premium looks.
                              btw i am getting the super slim & sexy NOTE S6 EDGE+ 128gb asap its available in my country.

                                  note 5 is bulky enough to have 4000mah battery,why they do this? 3000??? in a big phablet?? i'll wait for note 5 duos so it might pack micro sd,also i will wait for gsmarena battery test, i won't judge without field tests.
