I had J5 for a few days, I turned on "Talk back" and couldn't turn that off, it's like built-in virus! That slows down or prevent all apps to work! Technical support by phone is a joke, noone answers.
Anyone got a problem like this?

This is the worst phone I have ever used.8G memory occupied with applications leaving little or no space for even common downloads.I made an attempt to get external memory of 30G,to my surprise you can't download directly to memory card.so I have just wasted my money because this phone,J5,is useless for me.

Samsungj5 is my life s 1 st phone bbut my bad fate it is very bad phone onlyn8 gb internal 3 gb usable battery drainging fast heating problem very low system sound it boring

Hi..
I bought a Galaxy J5 last week but seems its camera is so bad, very2 low looks like 3MP not 13MP.
Anybody knew how to fix it? Or should I complaining this to Samsung?

there is a big problem with the battery. There is no possibility to purchase a new one if you need it to replace.
I have been two months searching a battery without success
