Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 review: For the people

28 September, 2015
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 is one of the cheapest phablets you can get and that will most likely put it on your radar sooner or later. It may be a mere blip if you’re the kind of person who consciously avoids the extremes. But bargain hunters will probably zoom in for a closer look. And they might actually have a point.

I have it since day 1. Pros: Fastest in its class, screen is decent, finally LED backlite buttons at the bottom, swappable 3000 mah battery, dual sim, SD slot, good OS support, rooted

Cons: Bad battery life (can be fixed by software update), SD slot is not stable (should be fixed in latest updated), poor build quality (dust gets into the front camera and lose back cover), eMMC 4.5, subpar sound quality, no QC2.0, my screen is not SHARP/AUO as advertised.

hi, stunningly an eye catcher and also its interestingly worth of a second look for that that's it,just look the written logo at the back it may seem a refined etched micromax logo, right! also a iPhone-nisque looking UI-a nearly clone, thing is whatever other brand upped their internal specs it still dominated by this well known brand but for sure regionally they've got the edge, cross fingers!

Dissapointed. Was going to buy it, but with that audio quality from both speaker and headphones, and with that battery life, the compromise again will be too big. And everything else has non-removable batteries, heating issues, signal problems (Both GPS and cell signal). Everything is crap, there's just nothing you can buy no matter what price you're willing to pay.
