Sony Xperia Z5 Compact review: The overachiever

7 October, 2015
When it comes to the Compact family, Sony has quite a reputation to live up to. The Z3 Compact is arguably one of the company's most-successful models.

Snapdragon 810is too powerhungry that is probably why 90+ endurance rating was not achieved.

Too many steps back compared to the z3 compact.
-Screen should've been slightly bigger while retaining the same footprint.
-Volume button placement was stupid in the Z3 compact, now its just horrible as it sits pretty low when it should've been above the power button in the first place.
-2GB of ram is also not quite flagship material and we've seen how the same device with 2 and 3 GB of ram variants differ in performance.

In fact I'd definitely recommend the z3 compact as its price is pretty low these days.

This review might have the obvious consequence of leaving the z3 compact owners in a state of glee while z5 compact owners might feel a tinge of chagrin.
