There's a reason why Apple SHUT UP about the A9, because they know they copied the htc one m7 design for the iphone 6, if not there would be like 50 lawsuits by now, its that simple, HTC carry on.

After the 2+ years of hell I went through with HTC One M7 Google Edition, I will never buy HTC again. HTC HD2, me and my wife owned them, back in the days these were best phones ever, but they have already felt apart.

HTC A9 $499-$599 - everyone complains - Go figure.

Bigger screen, Bigger battery, Image stabilization, Easy vid processing
Bigger storage capacity, More ram, Shoots raw, Marshmallow etc.
Efficient chip set, Amoled, Battery save mode and it looks and feels great same as Apple.
Nuff said.

Felt very sorry for the battery, and good luck for those who thinks 2150mAh is alright for 1 day usage without charging.

That would of left space for the boom sound speakers as well. But anyway, i think HTC decided to release this mid-range phone to see if it can capture some of the Iphone users, since it looks so similar. I'm hoping the M10 will be a real game changer! If not, HTC will slowly fall.. Which is disappointing because i've been a big fan!

Seriously?, 22 Oct 2015$600 for mid range phone. Man, I'll get iPhone, not shitty ... moreI'm assuming you don't live in the USA, maybe the UK.. right? Anyway, it's $399 even here in the states. Which i think is a good price for this device. I agree that $600 is way too much with that money you can get something else that's better.

I was about to click "pre-order", then i realized that it had an AMOLED display.. Sure they look great the first year but then they start to get that annoying screen burn in which you can do nothing about.. AMOLED's just don't age well. HTC One S, Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3, Note 3, Galaxy Nexus.. I've owned all them and at some point they got a screen burn in..
I also own an HTC M7.. and the screen looks just as beautiful as day one!
I'd say AMOLED looks better and is better in the short run, but long run IPS tech just lasts longer and is more reliable..

Let wait see how well this phone can sell. I guarantee it can't sell well.

HTC got nice specs to go with their phone but because of the price, we all drift away from it. Yes HTC is premium but you cant follow iPhone premium way and make a nice phone and then put a price that no one can buy. iPhone got their fan because there is one iPhone. But HTC is an android, and android got many to choose from.What HTC need to do is reboot all there RND department and do from scratch. Make something no other brands do...i like HTC, but because of the price, it fail.
