For the first time, my vote is in line with the majority here. Detail and sharpness seem to be best on C for most of the earlier shots.
Colour though, on C, is most blue hued.
B for me was best compromise - but I still chose C mostly due to excellent detail being captured (you can edit the colours)

GSM, you should really account for the different focal lengths of the cameras when doing these blind tests. Otherwise, what the sensor "sees" isn't really comparable. Shame on you.

AnonD-238877, 23 Oct 2015you have to have something that is close to the original ph... moreat this point, I suggest, only you have to do is to use your eyes sound judgement, your eyes can be your perfect lens, anyway this is not for professional photography, it's just like for 'polling only', so anyone can join to choose which is best for them. :-)

you have to have something that is close to the original photo to compare it to, like Canon 5D.
How can you compare photos, if you don't know how the original colors are?

Nice play by gsma to swap devices for each test. The S6 is the "overall" best camera with z5 and 6s butting in a few places. Only problem - lagwiz. I'm pre-ordering the Lumia 950 anyway... :D

Flower test made C intentionally to look worse. Uses metering on a point outside flowers, so ISO pushed far to 1000.

C- produces the best color accuracy so natural, A- not natural very saturated and artificial even the one who took the photo take the best shot among the two of some of the photos (lol I wonder why), and B-just okay

Sometimes colors are very different. And I don't know where they are correct because there is no reference photo.

It seems that Sony finally got some good post processing going here, it was always unbelievable to me how Sony couldn't manage to get that right lol. It's like they would slap the highest MP sensor in their devices and wish for the best lol But now it looks like they're finally tuning the software to work more in harmony with the hardware.. Better late than never!! In any case, i have gone ahead and bought an IPhone 6S 128GB. It might not be the best camera on a smartphone anymore, but the bump up to 12MP, and 4K video are very welcome! As for the S6.. it's beautiful but i've had such a bad experience with AMOLED devices that i stay away from them.. Even though it might have the best shooter of these 3 devices..

I think Sony Xperia Z 5 is made with perfection , because of its design , processor , battery , the cameras and best of all its waterproof ability , which is just amazing , under water 4k videos , plus it is much more affordable than APPLE , and it beats SAMSUNG because you can add SD card for storage ...PLUS i think IOS is not a good operating system , i think walk man and other features on sony is just on point . in general Apple is only popular because of its NAME ...Also Samsung products only are good for the first few months then after they become slow and the battery spills like water .. SONY XPERIA HAVE TRIED SO HARD AND THEY SHOULD BE APPRECIATED , APPLE AND SAMSUNG ARE GOOD BUT NOT AS GOOD AS SONY , SONY FOR LIFE .......

The only problem is I'm viewing on my phone screen, and unless your screen is perfectly calibrated, how can you judge colour?

gsmarena could include G4. he has an excellent camera. Best cameraphone IMO
