Continuum is a fail if not a fraud.Both Microsoft and its paid troll advertises were going on like we can have full desktop apps for our phone.I thought that finally cad and desktop games on phones but thanks to reviewers the scam is open.Still sad for those who brought this phone for continuum without knowing.

4.... morePeople like you makes me think is using an Samsung S2 and is jealous of something better than Samsung.
This one is a hard-to-beat phone. And sincerely I see you don´t have (and maybe never will) the money to get something like this.
By the way Windows eco-system still growing and the new line of Lumias will be a big hit to the company. It¨s time to grow up and leave behinf that mentality around Windows Mobile.

Bad battery? Well, I can use it fir two days with one charge. 90 min charge the phone completely.
Bad design? I find the design very much ok for me. Much better than have a great design and then put a ugly case.
Poor apps and poor portfolio? I have all the apps that I need. No reason to have a loot of apps that can't do anything. Better to have real hardware specifications that no app can mimics.

I think the top-notch photo and video quality as well as the excellent screen quality is a thorn in the side of those that hate. I'd ignore posts about battery life and plastic build, easily fixed via updates and a case. Mine is on pre-order.

well I don't use lots of apps just whatsapp telegram a simple game and I value responsiveness and order I am due for an upgrade from my s3 and will buy this as it has everything I will ever need and more

AnonD-362866, 09 Dec 2015Don't you know microsoft is huge in india and other develop... morenot only affordability, if you look into highend phone segment in india. here samsung is winner iphone is not anywhere near, and in india most people with enough money still buy windows. the only reason for buying a mac here is the absence of other good looking premium laptops. even in US surfacebook is winning over Mac. now when other companies learn and launch similar laptops in india(if not microsoft with surface) Mac will go out.

I use 930 and like windows 8.1 very much, but i'm not blind fan.
And believe me - 950's will not rise market share, but will shrink it.
That is proof how bad they are as design.
Because at the end, the customer decides will buy or not.

Latest update increased battery life. I have no problem getting it through the day. Not the best back plate but a case can fix it. Waiting for Mozo case to come in. Wireless charging, quick charge, Continuum, best camera, HAAC microphones, MicroSD, glance screen, removable battery life, and Windows 10 mobile gets updates directly from Microsoft. Phone should get better every day.

Battery was not a problem for me even in Lumia 950 as it crosses a day easily and i have the USB fast charging which charges very fast say like in 30 minutes you get to 60%. Since it is also wireless charging built in - handy to buy one and keep it in office/home, and keep the phone in that charger when not in use, will give ample power . Nowadays i dont worry for how much battery is left out in my lumia. Try it yourself.

Its not that people can't afford mac, its just people in India are brilliant that they don't want to buy 'over priced' products. While on the other hand Windows is cheaper and superior now with unification of the OS and UWP.

I'm glad to inform you that HATERS are always losing their mind and are becoming less smart. Each time they are not using their mind and knowledge to take decision they are not far to become animals. The thing is that in this world equality is impossible! HATERS can't exist without SUCCESS. It makes sense to hear HATERS who Only use 0 Percent of their Brains say that the LUMIA 950/XL is a bad Phone at a bad price. This is normal! They are in trouble but they don't want help

The frame is plastic coated polycarbonate, so don't expect durability from that plastic $hit for 50USD.
