Windows 10 OS required an upgrade a whopping -3.33Gb - impossible to install without a hard reset - nice one Microsoft - put Windows 10 on a phone with insufficient memory to cope with upgrades, should have bought a phone with better memory - other that that it's an OK phone although the battery life indications seem to have gone awry lately - battery life is good - just the messages on battery life that are bogus all of a sudden - weird

Absolute piece of JUNK it won't even connect to a network and i have to press very hard on the screen taking it back for a refund on monday.

athe lumia550 is by Microsoft,it,s as bad as every one has said,asda have reduced it even more,they ought to give it away for free,in all the comment,s only 1 said it was ok,she must have got luc ky, I got 1 from asda and it took me days to get it started,its a bad mobile
Microsoft go back to the drawing board.please don't be tempted it,s CRAP.

Better than Android at the cost of Taka BDT11,450.
In Bangladesh,
Symphony, Walton Have some flagship phones.
But Certainly MS Lumia 550 Is better.
Over All It's Faster Than Android OS/Phone at this price range.

I would curse the sale person from poorvika for suggesting Lumia 550 to me for two generations.I am so pissed off wasted my time efforts setting up the phone and its toooo slow.I missed NOKIA such a user friendly phone.I pray they comeback to the market.

Good phone in affordable price. Using since one month. Working good. Windows 10 having great features, camera good, black color is best option , 4.7 HD screen , clear black lovely. Only thing is to be added is fast charging.

Here we are again. Another model.of microsoft windowsphone.
At least fix these most used applications like Youtube, IG, Messenger, Skype, and even FACEBOOK! It annoys so much. I have gone through Lumia 520, 1320, 630, and now Lumia 535 (which is the worst of them all) but it is so disappointing.
That's why I have an android in using social apps..
I am really hoping that they improve more than this.

This phone is a crap. Up to lumia 540 it was progressing . Lumia 540 is still better.
Its is a downgrade from 540. These guys will never learn!
