Why the hell GSMArena has to always compare this with S6? S6 is a far far better phone than A7,J7 and GOD knows what!

A7 is priced at Rs33,500 in India($500) and you get the mighty S6 for the same price which obviously doesn't have such huge battery and SD card slot but has:
double inbuilt memory, that too high speed
Wireless charging and Adaptive Fast charging
Better cameras 16MP vs 13MP resolution (and it's 4:3 instead of 16:9)
Far better chipset (S6 has one of the fastest chipset vs SD615 of A7)
Higher poi QHD vs HD
IR Blaster
Add to that the huge S series goodwill.
I mean who in his senses would prefer A7 over S6.
Samsung should have priced it at least a $100 lower to justify the position.

Compared to the GN5 it has a 10% bigger battery and SD card up to 200GB... so much for the GN5 being the powerhouse device.... strange choices by Samsung.

mir, 05 Feb 2016Pretty lame for them to leave out such a simple but useful ... moreI think it may be a strategy to prevent some key users (business users and power users in general) from buying their cheaper phones and instead pay for the more expensive ones like the Note or S7+, etc.
If it's not a strategy, it's sheer stupidity. I wouldn't buy a phone without notification LED.
