Apple iPhone 6s review: Time-saver edition

10 March, 2016
The latest iPhone rarely needs an introduction - it’s always one of the most anticipated flagships each year and often sets the bar for the premium smartphone niche. Fans know Apple has put its heart in it and media’s reviews, whether praising or not, usually don’t matter and don’t affect masses’ decision.

Pros and Cons should be on top rest of part is looking very helpful and easy and yes its really a time saving idea

AnonD-307542, 11 Mar 2016This time saver review don't look fair at all. They give 2.... moreWhen we calculate the battery score, we also consider the power efficiency (capacity/endurance), among other things.

The Moto X has twice the battery of the iPhone 6s, yet its rating is mere 1/3 better. That's the power efficiency thing.

      Hope this helps you understand.

This time saver review don't look fair at all. They give 2.5 stars for both iPhone 6S & Moto X Play Battery life. Moto X Play Capacity: 3630mAh Endurance rating: 83h VS iPhone 6s Capacity: 1715mAh Endurance rating: 62h

DaniD, 11 Mar 2016Hi. Even though I love your detailed reviews, I must say... moreWeight: 43% means that 43% of the total available smartphones have weights less than the iPhone 6s. While 57% of the total available smartphones have weight greater than it.

Thickness: 7% of the total available of smartphones have thickness less than 7.1 mm. 93% of the total available smartphones would have thickness greater than 7.1mm as compared to the phone under consideration.

                  Hi.

Even though I love your detailed reviews, I must say this is a long awaited publishing improvement. I mean, sometimes it could get me 2 days to finish reading a review. Obviously it's not because I can't read faster...:)

So, since you've asked, in my opinion, that percentile ranking is not to clear. I mean, I'm not sure when is better for that indicator to bend to the right or to the left.
Ex: the first pair of them are referring to the weight and thickness of the iPhone 6s. OK. What does that mean? 143g means 43% of what? Or 7.1mm is 7% of a total of...? You should make those reference values visible, because it's not that clear for the first sight like this.

                  What do you think?

Display & battery life is only problem for me too

Very honest review and scores. Gsmarena is probably the only site that is not dazzled by Apple devices. Do not ever change that!
