I have this phone and it does not work well with 2 sims, one keeps dropping out.These same two sims work fine in my note 5 dual sim phone.So no wonder your review unit only worked with one sim. Furthermore the finger print sensor does not open the phones some times.The battery life is indeed good and the design beautiful.One can get around the skin by installing google launcher or any other one.

The title of this REVIEW is named "HANDS ON", that got me misleaded regarded it as typical "PREVIEW/HANDS ON" instead of a DE FACTO GSMARENA.COM REVIEW.
Very satisfied with the review, thank you very much GSMA. But it still lacks one major part: Your Battery Endurance Rating test. I believe it's going to be a lot better than the Helio X10 version! Help me prove my claims please.
This review of "the very first phone with a Snapdragon 650 available for purchase" has improved my knowledge very much. Made me to heavily consider every other phone using the same processor, because I didn't like MIUI because as you said it is "mishmash between Android and iOS".

The difference in benchmark for Redmi Note3 Snapdragon and Redmi Note3 Helio X10 is phenomenal! Surely getting this value-for-money smartphone. Good buy

may be your phone defective piece and go to service centre for replacement
