the best phone until now and the review is so awful.also htc 10 has the best design and hand hold but gsm said 10 design is under S7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! why gsm didn't say S7 is old and outdated design becaz it is like to S6 totally

I have been really admiring HTC during the past year. I upgraded my classic One S to the A9. Dam gorgeous phone that little beauty is. In many respects still the best looking and feel in hand device in the mobile world after months of looking.
Then comes HTC 10. - I like it. Just one critique after having the super slick A9. the A9 has no sharp edges, Smooth edgeless just like an apple. The HTC 10 has a sharp edge like a lot of other hand sets when you move you hand from the glass to the sides. If they kept the A9 feel on the front edge it would be a total winner. Congratulations nonetheless. HTC is timeless quality and still cheaper than the iphone. Ps, that's just it, people like the smoothness of the body of an iphone, I did too. If only I could get an android unit to be as nice in the hand. A9 was born. there is a god. Sharp slick and beautiful. The updates have been on time. Very happy

Being water and dust resistant is not the deciding factor on build quality. The HTC 10 is probably the best crafted device out in the market right now. And the buttons are top grade as well with great click feel. Sometimes I just don't understand gsmarena.

i guess every other phone should have 1 point for design and built quality. you must be totally apple or iphone biased if you give the most quality product such a low score.

lol design and built quality 3.5?!?! its the strongest phone built ever, quality is top notch. design is also gorgous, the big chamfered edge is one of a kind and you give it 3.5?! lol.

Overall htc 10 is good try from htc, both camera, speakers, software & other else. Just price is big problem.

It's some sort of error or miscalculation with their scoring system. It likely has something to do with the fact that I'm reasonably certain they include every phone they've ever reviewed in their scoring system, not just the ones from recent years.

Design and Build is almost perfect to me. Just because its not dust/waterproof you give it a low score? I could care less if my phone is dust/water proof or not. This is basically the only con you can put on this phone. Should score a lot higher. But yeah, this is just my opinion.

Finally, a proper time-saver review for the HTC 10.
The pros and cons table has been fixed and Design score (3.5) is now more representative of real life quality.
I am still eager to see what differences to camera results the recent firmware update has brought to the table though.
