It is a lovely phone, but after 7 months it does not supercharge, and does not recognise any headphones via dongle. That would be great if huawei bring back the 3.5 mm jack cause type C is not really reliable for long term....

As per the seller man, the phone is water proof and can be under the water 1 meter below for 30 minutes, is this true?
As I bought my phone 6 months ago, and last week I was taking pictures for my little boy under the water maximum 5 cm, the phone went off and never turned on again!!!!!!!!??????
the service center declined that message and by that I lost the phone warranty?

Im very dissapointed by this phone, it is just about commercials, specification and nice face, but in real it sucks. Photos are blury and with no details, useless screen ratio and EMUI is just for laugh, only thing that is fine is battery life, nothing more. So if you are deciding then go for other brands. GL

The most recent, 2 days ago, update BLA-A09 8.0.0.119(C567) introduced a few bugs in the camera where camera freezes in Night shot and Light painting modes. I wish that I did not turn on auto update.

Have had mate 9 which lasted whole 2 years without slowing down and got this one. This phone is a wonder beast. Has business profile, solidly built, easily impressing when put on desk at business meetings and then machine learning works like charm. Absolutely recommended for someone looking for a solid business oriented android phone which has stability and continuity.

Great phone in all but one respects. Unfortunately Google and Huawei have not yet delivered a fix for its incompatibility with in-car Android Auto despite acknowledging the problem as long ago as October 2017. As this is an essential feature for me I deeply regret that I will have no option but to look elsewhere when my phone is due an upgrade next month. Fingers crossed they will deliver the promised fix by then.

Samsung is crap, it slows down within 2-3 months of buying it. Huawei has proven their phones last years with very little slowing down action. Samsung has a better camera? Ha! That's just laughable. Digitally adding color to pictures is not an example of good camera hardware.

I used to have a Samsung s8, bloody battery barely lasted me until 3-4 in the afternoon.
Traded for a Mate 10 pro, and I've never been happier. This phone is awesome! The battery lasts forever, the screen is great, the camera is the best I've used. It's the best phone I've ever had and I'm never touching Samsung again.
Seriously, when you get a posh phone like this you're supposed to have posh Bluetooth headphones. No one complains when iPhone has never had sd card support, why is everyone giving Huawei so much grief over this crap?
