Hi my j7 pro just shut down out of nowhere. im just using video and then it just shut down and never open again. what happen ???

My friend says that he needs to write slow on keyboard to have the whole alphabetical letters are written !
And if he wrote so fast many letters fall down from writing .
Do anyone faces this problem too ?!

Such a waste phone , it doesnt even have a notification option when it has front light also.
waste keypad ans screen pad. no 3GB ram speed. idiotic head phones.
in camera other than potrait mode nothing is great. no slow motion in video.
no resale value for this phone, really wasted a 19k amount on this waste phones.
request no one to buy this phone.
