Infact design is weakest part of all redmi phones since redmi note 3. Metal is for namesake only- this design with thin metal back with top and bottom plastic strips is actually inferior than whole plastic unibody (durable, better looking) which is found in vivi v7, oppo f5 and redmi y1.

I used to have the Honor 7 ... never had any software or security updates in the last year ...
I don't recommend the Honor to anyone.

I think Redmi 5 Plus offer better value for money. Same design but much better battery life and a somewhat larger screen for less money.

This company fails to impress me with these low endurance times you be getting them. I wouldn't want to be charging my battery all the time it's quite annoying

Honor 7x is a good phone. But, The launches made by Huawei at such rate is making many of us get away from Huawei.

Yep as expected gaming on this phone lags quite a bit, Why go for T830 Mp2 version when the phone has a 1080 x 2160? also why EMUI 5.0?
But everything else looks great and It could have really made an impact since Xiaomi may not release the Note 5.

Not usb c was the deal breaker for me. Cheaper phones like Alcatel a50 have the connection!
