Huawei Honor 7X review

We’ve come to accept Honor devices as being great value. Relying on proven technology from its parent company Huawei, the Chinese brand has been consistently focused on bringing very good specs at tempting prices. That's no easy task, yet Honor makes it seem almost effortlessly natural at this point, with devices like the Honor 7X.

              For price of 200 € it's a good phone.For that price it's hard to choose between Xiaomi mi a1 and Samsung j7 (2017).But in Europe price will be around 300€ and for that price we have Xiaomi mi note 3,Wich is premium category for this phone(look specs).

                In my opinion, they should avoid using this variable aperture figures. They're all simulated and of no actual value.
                For example, you say f0.95, fine. But with what kind of sensor? At what zoom level?

                I think they should avoid this.

                    Got it for about a week. Best phone value/money wise and i have used a lot of phones. Great in hand, beautiful and sharp display, a bit blury when scrolling. Customizable software, good cameras. Battery life is great using two cards on 4G on heavy use. Only cons are slowly charging and missing the "safe lock" options in the menu where phone doesnt require fingerprint or pass code for unlocking in certain places or while in hand. Hope that they will fix this with next update.

                        In my opinion, i think Honor 7x among many recent phones from Huawei will greatly benefit from Emui 8.0 update. Many features seem to be linked to software capability on Huawei phones. Maybe UHD recording too, i personaly wait for it.
                        Anyway, i just got this phone too and i'm overally satisfied, great display, good sound clarity which could get more bass on speaker, a bit more gesture/features like Samsung would be welcomed too. Waiting for Emui 8.0 for full potential. Hurry up Huawei when you read this, thanks !

                            So...

                            No nfc, no QC, performance similar to SD626/Helio P20, bad pics, battery life is subpar.
                            €300 is too much.

                              Mi A1 is better sharpness results of edges in portrait mode while honor 7x collecting more light.
