LG V30 vs LG V30S ThinQ camera comparison

MWC 2018 is now over and it brought some new devices and also some.. improved devices. In the case of LG we got the latter type of phone - the LG V30S ThinQ and not the LG G7. So to recap, what has the V30s Thinq improved in the LG V30 - well it comes in two new colors - New Moroccan Blue and New Platinum Grey (yes, New is part of the name) - a 2GB bump in RAM...

And I'm not a fan of devices with no SD Card Slot. I have my own SD Card for very important files, while internal storage is only for apps and some unimportant things.
          I was also considering those devices at the beginning, but I've made up my mind to get the S7 Edge.
          But its screen ratio might be outdated in the near future (18:9 is spreading easily).
          For that, I'm considering the LG G6+ (I want the Quad DAC and 64GB storage) but damn, it's a hella expensive device still!

          Guess mid rangers like the Mate 10 Lite and Redmi 5 Plus are the only options for me. My old LG G4 was fantastic, hence why I want to keep it.

            LG superfan, 04 Mar 2018Why did you flash a custom rom on a phone not even year old... moreI have s6 with custom rom from s8. Not the s8. Stock s6 rom is sluggish and even with new battery i was getting about 3.5h SoT or less. Its great phone overoll but battery is not so great.

                          You can buy the lgv30 128gb for 500 pounds from online sellers, it's an absolute bargain when you consider the hardware and build quality

                          It's probably the best bang for buck device on the market right now, two very useful cameras, hifi quality dac, great screen, great battery life, high quality materials, first phone with a 10bit sensor, audio that does not distort in video recordings because of the high quality microphones, slog video recording profiles,great cpu and gpu.... the list literally goes on and on

                          Yes the selfie camera is a bit rubbish but you can use the wide angle camera and the flash and there is even a Google camera port that let's you use the wide angle camera for portraits, so you end up with a very useful selfie camera with decent flash

                          For 500 pounds it's a beast of the phone and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great all rounder

                            In fact AI is not old enough to show its blossom, let alone colorful flower.
                            This is not a bad sign at all. New comers usually introduce themselves with bugs and glitches. They usually instead of improvement, bring faults.

                            AI in new devise to come are not just regular shooting enhancer, they must act like an artist inside the phone with speed to draw 5 million times faster human being.

                            Scenario is this:

                            A handset feature AI camera which must take photos regularly and do some tricks to step up the whole photography in new level.

                            A beautiful Red rose in perfect light of the day is what cameras can capture without any problem.
                            A situation with well natural lighting is available, a fresh red rose is available, but a pigeon was faster than you and already ate a piece of the flower. In order not to lose the landscape in bokeh with that bold red rose theme, What solution is available to you?

                            AI can show its capability here. Reproduce the red rose naturally, as if you do it in your studio with photo tools or even create a 3D Rose to swap the already being eaten rose.

                            AI can put you on the moon with earth background, when video calling.
                            AI can turn Day to night and vice versa.
                            AI can unify the background in global online video conference rooms, which results in more concentration in people and their speech, instead of their environment.
                            AI can repair unintentional mistakes during formal events and live streaming, footages from and sport event, etc.

                            AI is what we need to hide our weak points in favor of correctly do tasks. So, AI is machine learning and with limited introduction cannot do any better than this.

                            You type "Scientist pigeon" regularly. after 10 to 20 times, When I type "Sc" the first suggestion from the handset is the scientist pigeon which means, the machine know what I need in a limited ability.

                            AI camera means, artists can inject their art in their regular tasks, but now, machine is here to learn more than before and share the already learnt algorithm with others in its ecosystem.

                            Once, programming was difficult and now innovative programming is difficult.
                            AI in future is the key to combine creative minds with its ability to do programming, in order to reduce the gap between our ability to think and fully operate what is in our mind.

                            AIA(Artificial Intelligence Assistant) is what we need in near future to be a creative, productive developer. Until then, we must see some evolution in the industry, like what we already witnessed in Electronic, Computer, Internet and Mobile era.

                                      V30S,S stands for Sh#t regular V30 has better camera and picture of fries shows f1.9 on regular V30
                                      LG you just wasted resources it would be better if you focused on G7 and dont use mid range sensor on it

                                        Dear Lg i dont see any improvement on v30s.for me v30 still the better...
                                        Waste of budget to introduced the same model but diferent feature.
                                        Better to introduce g7.
                                        This strategy is rubbish and will continue to lose money
