Samsung Galaxy S9+ review

Generation 9 in plus size - this is the Samsung Galaxy S9+. Unlike last year when the S8 and the S8+ had just size setting them apart, in 2018 Samsung's Plus means more than higher battery capacity and larger display diagonal.

The performance is slightly better on Snapdragon Chipset as per AnTuTu statistics, where as on the other end the Exynos will give better battery life. These are compared with some applications, no complaints so far with software on it.
            If you are a World Traveler, please see the Frequency Bands it support, should not be that change.
            In other post, you asked for iPhone or S9+, here one is iOS and the other is Android, they should be compared on hands. I can suggest you to have hands on both the devices at their respective stores and then decide on one. You will definitely come to know what you will like.
            I like iOS for its stability and security and Android for its wide spectrum of applications. If Android, I prefer Samsung. Both are 2 sides of a coin. Again it happens to be personal choice.

                The reason I brought the Samsung Galaxy s9 plus it had the awesome 3 D sound system which no smartphone can beat the s9 plus model.

                              Did you guys stop taking high resolution photos of the screen? Really found that valuable to see the actual pixel layout, fill factor, etc.

                                Is anyone here that uses a wood based cover on its phone?
                                I bought the latest Huawei P20 and I want to use an evergreen cover on it because I'm a big fan of the coniferous forest (https://www.alternative-energies.net/coniferous-forest-biome/), so I want to have the forest with me all the time.

                                  Dear all,

                                  write as 6 months iPhone X owner and yes, it is very nice iPhone.
                                  Got Samsung S9+ for weekend trial from my wife.
                                  Any kept it, iPhone is on Ebay.
                                  First, I did not like some features of S8+ and did not expect much from S9+.
                                  But this is different beast.
                                  Got in in EU Equinois processor and 256 GB RAM specs.
                                  Added 400 GB Micro SD card, as well. Yes, I need lot of RAM for videos and movies.
                                  First, this is dual SIM phone, what is very, very convenient.
                                  With bit of skills Micrso SD card and two SIM cards sits together in combo slot.
                                  Believe me, it works like charm.
                                  It is superbly fast and I felt it is much faster than anything I tried including iPhone X (except probably for games, but I do not play them).
                                  I was stunned by quality of Super AMOLED display, clear and visible step up from flagship iPhone.
                                  Improvements in camera department (super slow mode is fun), stereo speakers with Dolby, as well as, retaining standard headphones input took my ttention toward S9+, as real contender over my iPhone X.
                                  It is amazing that Samsung polished their OS, as well, so security features are convenient and reach (face, eye and finger sensors, individually or together), Bigsby can be turned off and easily re-assigned button (via free app). So, one button more than standard (great !!!).
                                  Samsung is quite generous with unlimited cloud for pics and 15GB for other stuff (I got 200GB two years third party's free cloud from Samsung, as well).
                                  And 6 GB RAM kills iPhone with many, many open apps in same time.
                                  I have over 500 apps and it did not slow it at all.
                                  OREO 8.1 is already underway, so Android experience is very good on this phone.
                                  Actually I have no single complain, I do not understand anyone who simply doesn't love all those unimaginable features. Actually there is nothing that is not implemented on S9+ (except front side diplay fingertip sensor) in comparison with other phones.
                                  Videos are excellent, sharp and deep, pics are exactly as I like (sometimes color balance could differ from absolute ideal, but it is tweakable).
                                  The depth of black on the screen is stunning.
                                  My absolute recommendation.
