Even if you flash the stock rom back, none of those features you mentioned will work again. For a Samsung device, once you unlocked your bootloader to root your phone and install custom roms, you will trip Knox which is Samsung's security featur...

That's because you put custom rom on it without knowledge thats the usual thing when flashing custom rom. bring it back to stock firmware in order to use those apps properly..
