Oppo Realme 2 review

The biggest mistake anyone could make is to think of the Realme 2 as a sequel to the Realme 1. It's not. Despite what the model name implies, the Realme 2 is more of an alter ego came to be, than a successor to the popular Realme 1.

9000 Rupee will got you this. Meanwhile 21000 Rupee will get you Pocophone with far better in every aspects.

    The biggest mistake anyone could make is to think of the Realme - it's Redmi by Xiaomi. "al" looks so similar to "d". BBK just cannot do anything but copying. iPhones, Xiaomi brand. What else?

      Xiaomi need to take care budget redmi (non note) series in India.

      Otherwise oppo and Indian youth ready to kick hybrid slot redmi's.

        Nice i hope it available in Indonesia too. This is better than Xiaomi

          I'm amazed that Snapdragon 450 still used in 2018.
          It should be replaced or discontinued. QSD 625 is the minimum choice for budget phone.

            This should really be called Realme 0.5 or even 0.1. SD 450 and a HD+ screen. With all due respect that they are offering it for 9K INR, however this is not an upgrade at all. Can't believe the survey results asked for a notch and not a proper resolution screen and a dual camera instead of an accurate one.

                  Excellent bang for buck. Though it is pretty debatable as to whether it is a better phone than the Realme 1.

                  If you are looking for a superb battery life (121 hours!), a fingerprint sensor and dual camera just for bragging rights, go with the Realme 2.

                  If you want a sharper display with no notch and a more powerful chipset, but can forego the above, go for the Realme 1.

The phone makers give the phones to the established reviewers & probably sign some non-disclosure contract, which also prevents leaks from the reviewers. It's a collaboration that's best for all parties.

                      It just got unvieled and you guys published a full review how do you guys do it? Same happened with Poco F1 are you offered phone before their unvieling a review takes atleast a week

                        While reading it seem that article written different reviewers than usual. Only bench-marking, camera and other tests done by regular reviewers. This does not seem story writing style of GSMarena regular reviewers

                          That endurance is simply great!

                          BTW, mono audio in videos, which is a con in this super-budget phone, is also the standard in the $1000+ iPhone X. It really shows what Apple thinks of it consumers.

                            Conclusion: Get the Realme 1 instead, it's better in almost every way. Plus it doesn't have the filthy notch.
