I upgraded from an iPhone 8plus to the iPhone XS Max
This is the worst iPhone I have ever had! I’ve never had any issues with any of the other iPhones until now this is my nightmare :
No signal / there were towers everywhere when I had my 8 plus never lost signal then got the xs max then nothing
So it loses signal/ sprint tells me it’s trying to find a signal / bouncing off towers ( really my 8 plus didn’t and this started the moment I got the 10?
Unreal)
Then it will freeze up so you have to shut it off and turn it back on
But the real kicker is I’m talking to someone it drops the call so time
( seconds ) I pull the phone from my ear it is automatically calling someone else ON ITS OWN !!!
So after dealing with sprint which all they did was call someone from the phone in their store and she told me go to apple store well that’s an hour and a half away ... ok then go to Best Buy.. geek squad ... let them look at it saw the past few days some dropped calls but not enough to say there is a problem with it....
so now I’m trying to get ahold of Apple ... which is Asurion I tell them what it’s doing they said I’ll send you a new phone ... okay.....
Well guess what I did receive the new phone But within 3 hours it dropped a call and called my sister in Illinois I absolutely hate this phone
DO NOT GET IT!!!!!

I've had the iPhone 7+ for a year and a half. I think the newest iPhones are good from what I heard. I think what got my eye on the new iPhone is the battery lasting. my 7+ has an okay battery. My iPhone glitches a lot. The iPhone XR or any of the new iPhones does not glitch at all.

the iphone is the best mobile phone out right now. it is also the best phone ever made. i have a 5s and i still have no problems with it and 3 other people have gone through the same phone until they wanted a new one and passed the phone off to the next person to use it. they only got a new phone because they wanted it not because there were any problems with the 5s. i will probably get a new one pretty soon and pass this one off to the next person. the iphones are GREAT!!!

Apple just hopes that you purchase their Bluetooth headphones, when you purchase your iPhone at the same time. That's what it's all about getting you to buy as much as possible at one time. = A Case, Headphones, Screen protector, warranty I could keep on going...

I don't mean to bash any company that's not my intention. I only mean to be truthful about things that you as the consumer are totally unaware of and have a right to know. Apple owns you in more ways than one. The (1st) way you have to make a Apple account when you buy your first Apple product and need a valid credit card, even if you're not purchasing anything. (2nd) They took away headphone jacks on purpose so you basically have no choice but to buy apple headphones from them. (3rd) is iTunes $0.99 per download for one song! That's about $15 for 1 full album, When you can just go to the Play Store and get the apps (AudioMack) or (Datpiff) and get unlimited music for free. Also when you install iTunes on your new device you're not only installing iTunes but malware which is an invasion of privacy without you even knowing it, you are being monitored by 3rd party applications 24/7 whether you like it or not. (4th) is paying for more storage? As with any android company all you have to do is purchase an inexpensive micro SD card. With apple you pay hundreds more for a few more gigabytes of storage. No disrespect to Apple as a company they do make some quality merchandise. But take my word for it, it's all been thoroughly thought out on how to get you and your kids to want more and more Apple like a fiend on herion.

Recycled design... moreWhy do you need to customize your phone on 100 ways? I don’t need to put designs on I just need to change wallpaper and put my icons where I want them. The other stuff is cool but wears off quickly. I prefer my iPhone to any android. It works better and I know if I have a problem just a wall into any Apple store will fix that.
I mean android has some more options but I will take security and reliability over customizations. I do like the full screen of the new Samsung’s but honestly I’m sure there are drawbacks to not having the things Apple does in that little notch.
iPhones could be priced less I agree. I think having all iPhones under $999 would be great start.

Buying tried and tested phones that do EVERYTHING better than other phones is SMART, not stupid. You keep experiment with shit products, I'll stick to my iPhones that literally never, ever, not once skipped a beat or in any way disappointed me.

Its a phone with a beautiful outer finish and the picture quality is just awesome. Might be a little overpriced but the screen resolution and really good.

Charging is slow with the provided charger
It's iOS and it has a ton of restrictions, especially customization-wise
The most expensive smartphone with absurdly costly storage upgrades
Apple, please put the camera settings in the camera where they belong already

Ya'll should just switch to Huawei. Samsung and Apple are cool if ya'll want to impress but really they havent innovated shit in years. they sell the same phone in a ''different style'' and you still buy it... no offense but thats stupid.

Though not as innovative as as its predecessor, IPhone XS is still a very powerful and elegant phone IMO (much more beautiful then IPhone XR), though a little bit pricey.
