Most specs seems good. I guess it did not add one of the most important thing a "gamer" needs, which was also lacking in the Razer Phone:
A 3.5 MM HEADPHONE JACK for connecting your gaming headphones!!!
I also hope they have improved the battery optimisation.
The Razer Phone had an atrocious battery endurance, even from it's 4000 mAh battery.

Whackcar, 11 Oct 2018This is a great phone overall IMO. No real sacrifices, no g... moreI could not care less for high-end mobile gaming since there are literally no good high-end games.
But man, this phone looks good not like a gaming phone, but a phone in general.

This is a great phone overall IMO. No real sacrifices, no gimmicks, just solid gameplay performance with a good battery life.
Pricing should've been same as last year though, as this is an alternative phone, not a mainstream one...

I think they completely missed the one most important thing - expanding the screen to 18:9 6" size. Makes much more sense for gaming.
And the two grilles are so big cutting them off by 50% would just give enough room for the said screen.

Again with the elevated price level. Every manufacturer seems to be slapping serious premiums on their new models.
I dug around a bit. January 2018 I bought an Intel 8700K CPU for under 300 Euro. Yesterday, the same supplier wanted 500+. And thats an 'old' model now.
Same for memory, GPU's, and so on.
Which begs the question : what's going on, and how much of these double digit percentage price hikes is the result of these market forces, and not just plain greed by phone manufacterers ?

The only reason I wanted this phone was project Linda. No lapdock no deal. This phone has nothing interested for me...
Now Razer may join Apple an Google in the walk of shame.

Too many flaws for a game phone. Lack of gamecontrollers as accesories and lack of dual port, lack of ergonomic shape for grab or hold it better, smaller display than the latest competitors, average camera for streaming, so another flagship with marketing camuflage for overprice it. Doesn't worth the money.
It was pathetic not only the demonstration of live gameplay due to the inability of the phone to operate fluidly but also they obviated comparing it with other gaming phones, only a multi-core benchmark without the actual faster and reference phones, obviously in their interestest and sure that cheated by overclocking, as usual. Same with the battery. In short, pathetic.

A huge improvement from the first Razer Phone.
Decent flagship cameras, wireless charging, excellent stereo speakers, beastly specs, and price (lol).
