Huawei Mate 20 Pro review

We love fall and it's not only for the beauty of nature's colorful cloak. It is also the season for all the big fat makers in the industry to pull the wraps off their latest smartphones. And what a blast these couple of weeks have been! And there is still plenty more to see before the month of Techtober is over but today we're focusing on the new Mate 20 series, which is bound to leave a mark on the industry.

I expecting V40 battery life is better with only 3300mah

      I can see some people starting to judge the battery endurance, believe me the battery endurance of Mate 20 pro is miles a head of any flagship right now you can watch other youtube reviews. Gsmarena battery test is always artificial and Huawei mate 20 pro is pushing so much tech under the hood! This thing is a beast i real life usage, people complaining am sure won't buy or can't even afford this beast!

        Nope. A fail. 85h on a 4200 mAh battery? My note 9 gets 97h... and WHO PUTS the speaker INSIDE A CHARGE hole!?

              Most overhyped SoC of the year - Kirin 980

              Claims to be faster than the A12 Bionic yet falls flat. Barely beat the SD845 which is on the 10nm process. For sure the SD855/8150 will destroy that garbage Kirin 980.

                Oh no another wrong term used. The 0.6x is ultra wide or Huawei term 16mm ultrawide. 1x is wide angle. When I read about chromatic aberration I thought these guys know what they are talking, when they say 16mm is wide angle, oh my gosh.

                  So, mate 20 pro or p20 pro?

                  P20 pro will be much more cheaper in the next couple months. Is it worthed to choose m20 pro over p20 pro?

                  I just wish m20 pro had flat screen..

                            Cons
                            -No audio port as STANDARD since Mate 10 Pro.
                            -The stereo speakers are squeaky, one is in the USB port
                            -The selfie camera would benefit from autofocus
                            -Proprietary memory cards with extremely limited availability, just as good as no microsd slot as STANDARD

                              How sure are you guys about the Gorilla Glass or are you assuming? Because Huawei hasn't mentioned anything about the Mate 20 series having Gorilla Glass, they even left it out of the P20 series.

                                  trust the brand that is more years running on the mobile industry. they are more veteran to the new ones. like the optics. zeiss is more mature and well known than leica and other optics out there.

                                    Really? You get the top-of-the-line camera phone in the world right now, and you DON'T use the lab image so you can compare it to the other phones under controlled conditions. Pathetic. Utterly useless review. Bravo.
