The best gamer,streamer,flagship phone made and built with only a better gaming experience as it's Moto. It would be a dream phone for many mobile gaming streaming community And living in the realm of pubgmobile and fortnite which can be played in many phones but cannot give the gaming experience this phone has to offer all the tech in this phone is for only gamers and not for mere mortals! With tech like binned chips,slow throttling,Advanced side triggers,X mode (performance) and the 90fps display supported by the chip and games. For the live of mother this the gaming holy Grail here ROG phone done right _/\_

    ok... i m going to buy pocophone for second time... lol

      I like this phone but it came too late with old processor, no fingerprint scanner under the display, a little bit small screen and high price too !! Hope to see next version at the right time with more improvements...

But the right words you are looking for, is Chinese brands. Apple and Samsung is basically the same today. All look and security, that is controlled by nsa and Trump. No quality or unique features anymore. Apple is slow on the hardware updates, while Samsung is slow on the software updates.

It doesn't officially have an IP rating but Asus states that it has water resistance. OnePlus did the same thing to the 6 and 6T (gave it protection but no official IP rating to keep down the cost).

                    I'm not saying you're wrong considering we don't know how MUCH of the protection it has.

                        Wow what a review. Thank you gsmarena for such a well detailed review. Was getting tired of typical battles of Samsung vs Huawei vs Apple. This was a breath of fresh air.

Things I stay away from, is edged screens, slow updates, expensive price for the logo, locked system and low mah batteries. Even though op6's 3300 mah lasts just as long as the 4000 mah battery in rog phone. While gaming the same games on both.

                                That's a problem for a user like you. You don't think first before buying a smartphone.
                                There are reasons why users are asking if this phone is good for personal preferences like intense mobile gaming and such. You don't directly tell them that "YES, THIS IS A PERFECT PHONE FOR YOU". Only to find out that after a few months. There's a faulty sensor.
                                Remember, this is the only phone in the world that has a lot of gaming features. First gen. phones tend to have some problems with durability. And since this is a gaming phone. Were talking about the durability of the unit when overclocking mode is engage. As well as the protection and when using the phone. If this was a normal android smartphone. There shouldn't be any kind of discussion such as these.

It is the obligation of the manufacturer to include a demo of the unit which test IP ratings. Jerryrigeverything has tested this unit. And it survive the test. However, there was no water or dust test.
