This is the second P30 Pro I've owned. In 2025 you'd it's out of date. Having said that, the camera's are still very good (I use the macro camera a lot for work as a microscope!) The battery is still a 2 day battery. The thing I don't like about is is that the screen in bright sunshine is difficult to see, and the music volume is a little low. Other than that it's very good. I've another 3 phones that didn't work out, and I've found myself coming back to this. I still have my old P30 Pro which I'm going to try and install android 12 on. It's difficult to give up this phone as its been so good. It's by far the best phone I've ever owned.

Great camera. Great lens. Makes great photos. Love the Leica pre-sets. Great to carry around next to my Leica Q and Canon D1s.

The best phone ever. Since May 2019 never had any issues. No freeze, no stuck, no nothing bad... and now at the end of 2024, still workin as hell...

if problem persists it could be that camera broke (common p30 pro issue) and having the camera module replaced

I got an security update on 2022 amd then my main camera is not working after update... It's a global issue... Also.. User complained that therei phones picture quality has been reduce after 12 update..
If anyone know the solution please share...

The phone is very very good indeed. The Speed on wich it runs and the fotos that You cam take are spectacular. But there is a flaw. They promise that the phone is IP 68 Walter resistant at max 2 m for max 30 min. I've intentionally sunk IT in the sea. Let's Say at a depth of max 30-40 cm for 5-7 minutes .after these experience ar half an hour the display of the phone shuted down. Now the phone is broken and needs a new display. So the water proff thing is a lie ....

Mishonne, 28 Apr 2023I agree. I have P30 pro and I'm very happy. Same here, best phone I've ever owned. It's so damn useful and awesome that I even invested in a battery change as the battery capacity decreased after 3-4 years. Worth every penny, you should consider doing it to since almost everything is repairable on this phone.

J have p30 pro 4 years,still didnt find competitive other model..maybe s22 ultra by samsung but battery on samsung models are bad.
Still 8gb ram 256gb memory ,and very good camera finish the job.
J recommend this phone still in 2023.
