Anonymous, 16 Apr 2019I don't see the potential of foldable phone. Its too bulky ... more7" is pocket book sized, which in most people's opinion is just the right size for something portable. And it's half that size when it's an actual pocket.
This is one major future of mobile computing. In a few years, most phones will look like a variation of this. Be it phablets unfolding to 10" inch beast or tiny phones revitalising genuinely pocketable phones like the Moto Razr.

I hate these types of devices, looks awkward and ugly and i don't like a phone that folds. It won't sell well and Samsung & Huawei are wasting money on this

I don't see the potential of foldable phone. Its too bulky as a phone and kinda small as a tablet. Foldable screen might have better future than foldable phone imo.

The crease is a bit of a letdown. Maybe in future refinements of the tech it will finally disappear. Still, it's miles more practical than the "outie" approach.

Not bad, but i rather buy a surface. Something is just wrong with this thing, it looks like a device from the 90'... or something, i do not know is just not right

I appreciate the tech, and it definitely shakes up the otherwise stale smartphone industry, but at the same time i think this tech is not ready to replace our conventional smartphones just yet. The tech needs a few years to mature.

Also, i hope Samsung gets rid of the hideous notch on future versions, in favor of something less intrusive. That thing literally detracts from video watching experience.

I like where Samsung and Huawei are taking us with mobile technology.
