I'm looking forward to this technology, Fold is the future of phones.

But I can't find any info about the max brightness (manual and auto) for the "inside" and "outside" screens. For me the sunlight legibility is really important, If they are as good as S10+ I might consider a switch to the Fold.

The size is a downfall - aside from usual height problem (any phone that I can't use with one hand can go die in a fire for all I care), this one also has a major thickness problem. "The folded Fold is a reasonably manageable device, and one you can (semi-)easily stick in a jeans pocket." - I'm not sure what kind of pants you wear, but 15.5mm thick phone (even more when you count in the case) would probably tear a hole in my pocket.

I like it... never buy because of price...
good start for Samsung on this segment

This is seriously an example of how to design something in the worst way. Doubling of screens, tripling of camera locations lol. Tiny screen outside, screen inside with crazy notch hahaha.

Lovely how Samsung fans have to defend this garbage. How the mighty have fallen.

The Mate X has one screen, which when folded becomes two screens. One camera placement, so just put a great camera setup there, and you get the same quality for rear and front (selfie) camera.

No contest. Mate X is the design philosophy to follow for folding phones in terms of efficiency.

[deleted post]Xperia P Tablet was something like ZTE Axon M.

I am glad Sony does not have something like Galaxy F, waste of time and money.
Better bring tablets back, they were the best android tablets.

[deleted post]Did they actually made one?
Only Samsung and Huawei made such thing, unless of course you're being sarcastic

Rather awful camera, all of them. 2015 quality.

Another solid Samsung Phone. Yet the price is too high, and it will not easy to make customers paying the extra prices for a tablet-like experience. IMO, many people will stick to S10 series instead.
The need for "opening" the phone to take selfie can also be annoying to some.

Reasons it will be failure :

                              1) Too big to be used when open. Even 8cm wide phones are almost impossible. This one has 11cm. The secondary screen is too small. 4.6" 21:9 must be smaller than 4.3" 16:9.

                              2) It has ridiculous screen notch , awful to watch videos.

                              3) no glass to protect screen, will scratch easily like Motorola Shatter Shield

                              4) $1000 is too much for any phone, imagine $2000.

                              5) F has almost 162cm2 of screen and less than 4400mAh. Note 9 has 103cm2 of screen and 4000mAh. Difference of 1080p and 1440p is small in battery life.

                              6) On Amazon USA you can buy S10 128Gb for $734 and Tab S4 256Gb for $ 680. So both together cost $1414.
