marek, 13 Aug 2019So, I have Note 8, and ...I bought Note 9 - 512 GB/8 GB RAM... moreSame here. I wanted to love Note 10 and buy one but bought Note 9 instead. I will never get a mobile with a hole in a screen and without a 3.5 mm audio socket.

i am a note user myself and currently have note 9, so only lame thing here is your little closed brain, S pen is not that big of change, since you never used one you don't know but again who cares.

Well, I guess that's it for me. I had a Note 3 because it was better in every way than the iPhone at the time. I had a Note 8 because it was everything I wanted in a phone, and only the CPU was behind Apple.
Now Samsung is just as greedy as Apple. A phone that costs this much MUST have the features to back it up. The future is a phone with no bezels and no ports. We do not live in the future. I am TIRED of charging 5 different items when I get home from work. We do NOT have true wireless charging, and it is a CHORE to charge headphones every day!
Once we have wifi charging, go all in. Ditch the charging port, make the phone durable enough to not need a case. Make a phone that can be brought scuba diving. But until then, shove off. The current market abuses consumers with a million real-life microtransactions. They provide subpar wireless for subpar devices. We get subpar batteries, subpar RAM, less options for storage and music listening. We have to buy a case for every phone, screen protector, protection plan, data plan, blah BLAH BLAH BLAH.
CONSUMERS ARE TIRED OF CONSUMING. SHOVE. OFF.

kakouille, 13 Aug 2019Samsung’s Note 10+ has the best camera and display, say DxO... moreNot on photo, the P30 Pro is still better on stills. Video is the reason it scored higher ... Huawei was(is) always lagging behind in video...

So, I have Note 8, and ...I bought Note 9 - 512 GB/8 GB RAM yesterday. And I have Iris scanner, face sensor; heart rate, SpO2 cardio sensor; 3,5 mm jack and LED Notification
Note 9 thickness is 8,8 mm, Note 10+ is 7,9 mm. I see place for 5000-5500 mAh battery and 3,5 mm jack. So, I see horrible hole on screen and toy functionality stylus.
Previously I thought Note series was a business line phones. 8-((

Here comes Samsung again trading small upgrades for big downgrades: no audio jack and no iris scanner, I use those all the time with my note 9! That's it, I'll wait for the Note 11 or 12 to upgrade.

paul, 11 Aug 2019"I've read an article that explained, they force user to us... moreThe practice of selling data is not new. Phones with Gyroscopes are already used by car insurance companies in order to "track" user's habits (which will affect their insurance variables); look up "TrueMotion" and a podcast in SuperDataScience 59.
Adding Bluetooth to that repertoire of data collection tools would benefit the industry, and it's not *that* bad, in my opinion.
I mean, we are always "on the radar" because of GPS, cellular connections, and Wi-Fi anyway, so...
==================
As for radiation, just imagine that you are literally exposed to many kinds of radiofrequency (RF) radiation everyday, since the dawn of wireless telecommunications. Every time you see people with a phone, they--and you--are exposed to a certain RF radiation. But, well, you don't "feel" anything weird for *years*, right?
As far as I read (on the Internet), Bluetooth's frequency has the unit of GHz, which means that it's in RF radiation range.
Take it from someone who worked with radioactive materials (me): Bluetooth Radiation (or frequency, whatever term you wish to use) is safe.
