Anonymous, 27 Aug 2019Check the LTE bands used by the network you're using. The ... moreNot correct. K 20 and K 20 Pro have same bands while Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro have same bands support.
True is guy needs to check bands needed for him and choose between K or Mi then.

Love the Community, 27 Aug 2019That is technically the Pocophone F2.
845 > 855? That... moreWith the rest of the hardware, the cpu can't bring the throne! Same storage, ufs 2.1. Same ram 6-8gb. Same locked os without features of disabling bloatware.
The Chinese K20 pro comes with ufs 3, 12gb ram and 512gb storage. So yes, that is the real f2. But Europe get an f1 with a new cpu and amoled screen. The rest of the hardware is the same as the f1.

[deleted post]Absolutely agree..
Take Xiaomi Mi9 lineup for example, all of them offering excellent specs for 30-35% of that trio price..I'd say $400 for a good Mi9 variant plus $600 for some really good mirrorless dig.camera...

845 > 855? That's wrong... No man can say that the past phone is better than now.

The low end K20 pro. For the same price as the flagship K20 pro... Nah, f1 is still better than this joke. At least in Europe!

Oi oi! What about Asus Zenfone 6? Back then, these two (K20 Pro and Zenfone 6/6Z) are compared with each other all the time and the narrow victory always belonged to Zenfone 6 for being more feature rich than this. Please add the Zenfone 6 as a popular alternative.
Thank you

That's because you went and purchased the K20 Pro with a Chinese ROM, clowns. The Global Mi9T Pro has all the bands required in Europe.

Kriegsherr, 27 Aug 2019just a SOC doesn't make a phone a flagship. A flagship phon... moreThere is no doubt that poco had a battery similar(better in most cases) to flagships it had great camera it was the 2nd best camera (from mkbhd's blind test) miui is better than boring stock android emui and samsung experience(at that time one ui is better now)
It has a decent display with a lot of advantages compared to crapmoled used in flagships.

Zenfone 6 isn't considered worthy of being a competitor? In many aspects it's better than the K20 Pro..

Reborn, 27 Aug 2019I am from Europe and I have the opportunity to buy the K20 ... moreCheck the LTE bands used by the network you're using. The K20 Pro/Mi9T Pro has a lot fewer bands than the other Global Mi phones like the 8 Pro and 9T/K20.

K20 Pro/Mi9T Pro is pretty much unusable on O2 in the UK, as it doesn't support O2's primary 4G band (800MHz). You'll only get 3G except in certain city centres.
The normal SD730-powered K20/Mi9T works fine, however, as it has the correct bands.

Anonymous, 27 Aug 2019Mediocrity display and no global 4g "good" for 2018. For 20... moreYou have no grounds for claiming the display is mediocre, when it reproduces colors more accurately than even S10+ which manages an average DeltaE of 1.9
Another flagship, Hauwei P30, manages 1.8
Not bad results from the others mentioned, anything below 2 is plenty good enough, but the Poco is still better - if you want accurate colors that is. If unnatural colors is your goal then sure, the Poco can help there too, just use the Automatic contrast mode.
Current AMLOED is still a flawed technology and I'm anything but content with the AMOLED-panel from Samsung in my phone. The pentile matrix is just awful and the green tint is as well. Sammy, BOE etc need to start making proper RBG based (AM)OLED panels. They managed before (SGS2 and Moto X)
If you by global mean the US, I don't care. That's on the US, using bands no one else in the world uses. Blame your carriers instead, oh and suck it because in Europe, Asia etc it's brilliant :-)
