Motorola One Zoom review

This phone is proof of just how far ahead of the game on price-performance the likes of Realme are right now. If you don't trust those brands - and in the context of the Huawei ban and ongoing trade shenanigans it's understandable you wouldn't - this is a good solid phone, colliding head-on with the Galaxy A70 and its own teardrop-notch 1080p OLED/Snapdragon 675 combo.
But for the same money you can get an 855-powered device that doesn't get much else wrong either. And if you're scared off by Chinese brands, Motorola is owned by a Chinese firm too! So as far as I'm concerned it's basically a Galaxy A70 without the selling point that gives it any chance of justifying its premium over equivalent Realme and Redmi devices.

Why "dark mode still doesn't affect settings menu" as a con? That's a feature which is available beginning with Android 10, when using stock Android. Pixel phones and other phones with stock Android 9 or lower, also don't have a dark mode for settings, so it's pointless to say this is a con in this review.

Plenty of other devices providing Sd675 at 200$ price point.
Spending 50$-100$ more gets you Sd855

Very interesting device, but I have to point out a couple of irregularities with the review for the Night camera section.
A) No mention of the 8MP night shots.
B) You say it always uses the telephoto lens at night yet provide no shots of it.
C) No ultrawide night shots, no mention if Night mode is on ultrawide.

There is just one aspect where this phone could live, IMHO - supported network frequencies. If you do need to travel to USA, Realme nor Xiaomi will not be your choice. But In every other aspect Motorola One Zoom is not a choice...

So you have 399 Euro to spend on a phone you will be using everyday for the next 2 years.
Will you buy a 399 Euro Motorola One Zoom wirh sd 675 (no its not an Android One device inspite of the stupid naming),
Or will you buy for the same amount but a Realme X2 Pro SD 855+, 6 gb ram, 90 hz display, way way better camera and so on..

So to sum it up:
Less than stellar battery life, inspite of 4000 mah
So so camera performance
Insanely overpriced. Should be 250 Euro instead of 399 !! Euro.

Personally i think this is one of the more decent "Motorola" branded Lenovo phones I've seen as of late. Now if they could launch something like this with a more premium specsheet (say Lenovo Z6 Pro inspired), then nostalgic Motorola fans might feel compelled to come back to the Moto brand.

"It's a bulky and heavy device"
Edit your reviews for Pixel 4 XL (193g), Note 10+ (196g), Mate 30 Pro (198g), OnePlus 7T Pro (208g), iPhone 11 Pro Max (226g), and many others like them & add that con about 'bulky, weighty' to them.
Before anyone says "but da dimentions brah", they're perfectly in line with those phones I've mentioned, even the thickness is in line.
