"the Mi Note 10's lens is over a stop brighter than the Reno's" Yes, but the sensor (or physical focal length) is smaller. It's an 8mm² sensor like the one in the Mate 30 Pro. At 135mm it is just a 3.7mm² sensor, whereas the P30 Pro has 10.2mm² at 135mm (the P30 Pro crops its 125mm camera in auto mode).

    Most phones look like rectangles from the back. the front also, in case you didn't know.
    The "secret" reason behind this, is the fact that most phones are shaped as rectangles ;-)

      Xiaomi flop show in camera department again..
      Xiaomi unable to compete one plus in flagship level..
      Real me badly distroy in middle segment..

      Xiaomi seriously focus only on under $80 budget redmi phones otherwise realme ready to kick out xiaomi from everywhere..

                The battery life is a shocker. The Mi 9T has 9 hours more combined battery life, while having the same screen size and 20% smaller battery.
