Asumwisye, 31 Jan 2023Hi my galaxy note 10+ is having dificult on getting update ... moreI had both problems..the S pen capacitor battery has a life of a few years then buy new Samsung $29 one only if you want full features with side button in it.
My Note 10 Plus would Never update at one point and I suffered for a year or two waiting for it to self repair! You have to set up your full backup to Google and maybe Samsung account too, then restore to factory in settings. I did and then restored my backup which brought it all as was as I recall.
Finally had the phone up to date as was missing yrs of important updates!!!

Hi. My Samsung not 10 plus have an error about its pen. I think it error began when I updated it to android 12. Can everyone help me to repair my phone?

I am torn between two phones. I want the p30 pro because of the camera but I love the note 10+.. I am reading its camera is also amazing. I am a photography freak hehe.. I am taking photos of before and after make over of dentistry... Which phone will be the best to use?

Anonymous, 16 May 202070% battery loss after 4 hours of use outdoors, is this a joke?Battery's issue with all Samsung mobile phones is a great worry, don't know why the company is in a deep sleep regarding this issue.
A fully charged battery in a stand by mode gives only 14 to 16 hours backup without inserting a single sim damn. And with a mobile data connectivity it gives only 10 to 12 hours.
They haven't realized yet that why oppo,
infinix, mi or other brands are attracting Samsung 's regular users day by day.
We are not here to spent a thousands of $s for compromises.

Im having the adapter charging intermittent problem,
I already told them when it happen the adapter no power output cant charge anyphone.
samsung cant find problem and asking me to left my note 10+ with adapter together for them.
Disappointed with their service at all.
