The price is too high if compared to the quality and the performance. The processor is Kirin which on paper specs are great but really the performance is average. I don't understand what were the manufacturer's thinking while pricing the handset.

      Front camera hole is utterly ugly. Doesn't fit the UI. No padding below and huge padding above. S10e single well positioned into UI hole on right is far better.

          And since you mentioned common sense, may I tell you that a $100 Redmi 2 had better audio quality and volume, than an iPhone 6 or 7 (in headphones and loudspeakers both)?
          Just because its a lower segment, doesn't mean we ignore it, specially when flagships suck on usability and other aspects.

                But then:
                "The Pentagon apparently objected to that change because it believed it would hurt US companies by limiting how much they could sell to Huawei, and the Commerce Department pulled the rule from the OMB"

                So I did read it carefully, but apparently you didn't.

                        All this argument comparing this phone to other phone is a waste of time. The fact of the matter is, none of us here will buy this because there's no Google Play. It will get worse for Huawei because there are more sanctions coming this 2020.
