Bought it in Sept 2020 and till now no issue as of March 2024. I switch off my phone daily before sleeping and on it in morning. Not sure if that's the reason am still happy with the phone.

I have purchased m31 in 2021 and worked smoothly for 15 months and suddenly went blank. I have shown this to their dealer and they said there is problem of mother board and rqd. replacement for which required to pay 7500.
I feel this model of Indian version is giving trouble

Using this for 15 months. Now facing problem after one year. Restarts automatically. Did all troubleshooting tips for checking settings to disable auto restart and everything but no use. Went checked service center told to replace chip for about 8000 since some motherboard issue. Checked outside also same thing told. Waste of money. Several other users bought m31 model and even other models with exynos chip. Told the same thing.

I am using this Samsung M31 since Oct-2020, it was running smooth till aug-2023 then after processor stopped working suddenly and after repair again same issue was observed after 1 month finally I was left with the only choice to sell this phone due to multiple times Processor failure and also many of friends have observed exynos processor failure in their phones also

Current phone since May 2020. No complaints, does best for its price. Could do better with the chipset.

Great phone. Using from oct 2020 till now. No problem with this, just little bit slow in comparison with today's 120hz and hign end processors

Really horrible
I used from june 2020 to now without a bit or little problem,may be you are not believe, i use it like laptop 200+ ms word sheet made, game, youtube etc. really satisfied

I'm using it since 2020/April. so far no errors. The only thing is my screen was damaged. and its so expensive

My phone Samsung M31 also hanging ,auto on and off went to coma stage after 2 years.Manufactured for 2 years life.

am using M31 since last 24 months my phone is running smoothly. My daily average uses in 8 hours and 30 minutes. I can say that this is really a great device in its price range.

this phone is highly priced as it will last only 1 year. it will auto restart at first then it will stop booting at all just after 1 year. Don't go with samsung.

Satisfied with the performance camera and charging
Bought in August 2021 and till now functioning smoothly.
One thing I would request if Samsung can put health sensors in it it would be lovely.
