I'm using it since 2020/April. so far no errors. The only thing is my screen was damaged. and its so expensive

My phone Samsung M31 also hanging ,auto on and off went to coma stage after 2 years.Manufactured for 2 years life.

am using M31 since last 24 months my phone is running smoothly. My daily average uses in 8 hours and 30 minutes. I can say that this is really a great device in its price range.

auto restart issue, 03 Feb 2023this phone is highly priced as it will last only 1 year. it... moreI am using M31 since last 18 months my phone is running smoothly. My daily average uses in 8 hours and 30 minutes.
I can say that this is really a great device in its price range.

this phone is highly priced as it will last only 1 year. it will auto restart at first then it will stop booting at all just after 1 year. Don't go with samsung.

Satisfied with the performance camera and charging
Bought in August 2021 and till now functioning smoothly.
One thing I would request if Samsung can put health sensors in it it would be lovely.

My M31 mobile got Hang and Automatic Off & Restarting continuosly after two years of use. Its hurts me alot. Approximate 7500 is the motherboard cost for resloving this issue.

Despite careful handling screen got purple due to software issue.Not trustworthy with respect to Brand and Price of the phone.Really Samsung disheartened by performance and response to the software issue.

It is total waist of money. Most pathetic phone I ever had. After 3 month of purchasing it I realised it us getting hand again again and again
