It has manufacturing issues. Due to which phone restarts randomly & gets hanged while restarting. If it hanged during restart then it wont get turned on till 2 3 days.

I hope that the 1st batch edition i.e Feb-march 2020 devices had no issue regarding cpu , I have been using my m31 since march 2020. Until now no hardware issue !

a lot of comments are negative, bought this phone 2020, its already been 2 years and my m31 still works fine, never got hanging issues or shutting down. can be used also for gaming and multiple apps. dunno why this got so many negatives

Don't buy any of series, after few months of usage, phone is switching off every 5min

the CPU and Camera quality of M31 is The same As A51. i prefer M31 than A51 because in my petsonal opinion, the rear fingerprint is more accurate than onscreen fingerprint. also, battery life of M31 is really something. full charge in the morning.. full use for communication, sosmed, browsing, youtubing.. at 11pm the battery still 20-30%. if i only moderately use.. sometimes it still 40% at the end of the day. the fast charging 15W is decent, i can charge m31 from 30% to 100% less than 2.5 hours. (remember.. this one is 6000mAh). recommended for whom search for a mobile and active person.

I bought this mobile 6 days ago. It git hanged just in 6 days. And it takes literally 4 hours to charge 100%

I have had this phone for about 2 months and this is one of those powerful phones it's fast and doesn't freeze at all the camera is perfect for any type of pictures and the battery lasts for two days without charge under the average use comes with a good charger which makes it charge for about 2 hours which is okay thank you samsung for making such a good phone

I bought a m31 in June 20 and within a year the motherboard had to be replaced costing 7000 ,l was lucky that this happened in the warranty period otherwise it would have been a dead investment. My colleague also had a similar problem but scrapped the phone as the repair cost was too much.

nks, 18 Feb 2021100% to 40% in just 3 hours I have samsung M31from july but Atleast taking 3 hours for full charge ... and only work 22 hours.

I have an M21 6gb which is the same phone except for the camera. I am very pleased with the overall performance and the battery charges faster than claimed.
