I purchased refurbished m21 from xtracover mobile they sell this phone with 1 year warranty after six months it have problem in IC means whole phone is useless I complaint a query online and get cc address when I reach there they told me your phone warranty la
pse due to seal is open now we Don,t give you warranty
I say him why anybody pay if he got non paid service warranty
so never purchase from xtracover if done say that I want to see the company seal either I return this product

Software issue I am using M21 model but never expect from Samsung they are going to cheat this way ,every one hour m21 model going hanged...

After 3 years of use this phone is still rocking. But sometimes when I try to multitask if lag queit a bit but it isn't that big of a deal.
But never hand ny issues or whatsoever with either software or hardware. Battery is still great. I can use the phone the whole day on Youtube, apple music , reddit, and other apps and not worry about battery at all.
I tried using the new Redmi 12c that phons is way smoother than this but the display and the camera is what made me choose the m21 over redmi 12c. Will upgrade the phone soon but till then will stick with this phone.

These M series of Samsung phones is very disappointing.. After warranty period almost every phones is going through the problem of automatic on and off...i.e motherboard problem

In 7/7/23 my phone becomes 3yr old and I used it regular basis and it's my main phone but never face any problems but I can not use card reader or pen drive when I put this neither show on notification not in my file that's why can't access any of my pendrive.

2years of use and an update to android 12, I havent been able to use it any more. When restart the phone Hangs on logo at times.

This phone has a motherboard issue. Just avoid it. After 2years of use and an update to android 12, I havent been able to use it any more. Auto restarts like 10times a day. Hangs on logo at times

I have been using the M21 for over 2 years now. (Touch wood) It as given me consistent performance through out. Never have I found it overwhelmed to execute a task in terms of speed etc. Connectivity etc. Has been flawless. Rare heating issues that too it has become mildly warm after providing Hotspot to my TV for over 3-4hrs. Battery life is good. Only charging is slow, takes over 2 hours to charge fully. All in all it has given me fully satisfactory service in my varied usage over 2 years. Since I have always used a back cover and scratch guard my phone is as good as new as and when I clean it with slightly moist and soft cloth doubled with a dry gentle wipe.
TOTAL VALUE FOR MONEY.

My M21's screen stopped responding after 1.5 years. Had the problem since long, but was disappearing after some hours. So I thought it is not a big problem. Had to replace screen outside of warranty. It costed me 3950 INR to replace the screen, almost 30% of original phone cost. There are quality issues with phone, avoid buying it.
