Motorola Moto G Pro / G Stylus review

I've had a Moto g stylus 2020 for about 3 years. I love it because it's a great phone. But it's time to get a new one. I've been faithful to the Motorola brand since my Droid X which I purchased in 2010.
I'm very disappointed that Motorola didn't roll out the Android 12 ROM that they developed for this phone in the UK and other countries around the world. In the United States we were stuck with Android 11. Why didn't you share Android 12 with us, Motorola?
I've been shopping around for other phones and will be moving to Samsung. They have some great phones out there right now, and have taken good care of my wife and son over the last 10 years.

Anonymous, 07 Oct 2022Does anyone else's get hot quick? And battery drainage... moreMine doesn't, battery lasts a few days for me. I used to have a Samssung Note that got hot and needed charging daily, the Moto is a vast improvement.

Does anyone else's get hot quick? And battery drainage seems high. I mean I love moto phones. My last Supra I had for 3 years & trust me that phone went thru some tough times lol. However it was time to retire that phone so I upgraded just a couple days ago to the moto g stylus and immediately noticed it gets hot. & also the battery doesn't seem to last long AT ALL. My other phone never got hot & battery (still) can last up to 2 days. & B4 anybody comments...no I'm not doing anything or over doing anything apps or anything to cause the phone to (what feels like to me) over heat. As like I sd I've literally only had this phone 2 days. Wondering if anyone has, had this issue &/or is this a known thing this phone does? TIA

Very disappointed in the phone. This is my 4th Moto g stylus due to my insurance. I cannot upgrade to a different phone until I have had this one for 3months unfortunately I have not been able to keep one that long. The screen is way too fragile. Doesn't run on 5g it lags terribly. It won't keep my location constant so I got lost a few times trying to get around

Got mine in March. Data speed is much faster than the old phone. But in the data selection area. It only shows 2g. 3g. Or 3g and or 2g. I thought this was a 4glte type phone. Any idea what this thing is.

Hi anybody have a problem with streaming videos through a streaming app ? The reason why I'm asking is my screen goes black while streaming I can hear it playing the videos with no prob so if anyone has come across this please let me know thanks

Amazon has cases. I found several. Not sure about the screen protector tho.

5x the price doesn't get you anywhere near 5x the phone quality or performance.
