The ultrawide will not work with gimbals!!!
The ultrawide is located in the middle of the phone, the closest to where the phone clamp will be on smartphone gimbals.
The ultrawide will definitely get a lot of the phone clamp and the gimbal motor in the frame.

Only stand by time is poor because of US networks.
Standby time varies according to location and network signal.
It's got great battery life.
Better than OnePlus 8 pro and others.
Best example of horrible battery life is iPhone SE 2020.

Reading this review it's crystal clear that this is a good phone.
It's great to see Xiami going in the right direction.

The OV48C is *not* a Quad Bayer sensor, it's a true 48MP Bayer. This is the single most important fact about the phone and you got it wrong.

It seems that the Mi 10 Ultra uses a worse camera lens than the Xiaomi Note 10. The edges are a bit soft, possibly worse than the Note 10 lens and you only get f/1.85 instead of f/1.69 , the field of view is the same.

No, of course the sensor was not too large. The lens was too large. It's no problem to use an extremely large sensor in a phone, they also could have used a medium format sensor. The problem is to make a lens for it. When you put a large sensor in a phone and only use a small area, that's exactly the same thing as using a small sensor.
