When comparing prices, we try to find the lowest possible prices online.

The Poco F2 Pro currently costs less than 400 euros at Amazon

The Spanish Mi.com has the best price for the F2 Pro at 369 euros.

We just shop around the online stores we have access to and we assume local prices across the continent are more or less the same. If we can find it in Spain for that much, it shouldn't be such a hassle to find a similar deal in other EU countries as long as you shop around locally.

Xiaomi really wants to price its mi flagships high and then they release t versions and the likes of f2 pro for much less or similar to it
They don't want to sell it seems
Their products compete with each other very badly so not many people will end up buying their flagships
Why pay for a mi 10 when you can get similar performance and specs with the mi 10t and k20 pro/f2 pro

When viewed on a 4K monitor, 108 MP photos look MASSIVELY better than 2x 25 MP photos from the same phone and 3x photos from a S20 FE. I just wish the phone had a larger ultra-wide sensor.

ignitedean, 09 Oct 2020I don't know where GSMARENA gets its € prices from. ... moreHowever, given I can buy the new Samsung S10 FE for £599, it's a no trainer to go with the Samsung in this case - who'd have thought that!!

And the Xperia 5 II at £799 is clearly a better buy than the Mi 10, at least in the UK.

For actual value for money these days with Xiaomi you have to stick with models like the POCO X3 NFC, which I bought at launch at £199 and is an unequalled bargain.

I don't know where GSMARENA gets its € prices from.

Speaking only in the UK, the Mi 10 starts at £799 - would love to be able to buy at just over €500 as claimed in the article.

Likewise the POCO F2 Pro starts at £499 for 6GB/128GB, not around €400 mark.

If this new model comes in around €600, we can expect the UK price to be £599. Well worth the £100 extra over the POCO and saving a cool £200 over the Mi 10.

No headphone jack or expanded memory. But the real dagger is not enough US bands to work out here so...pass.

Another decent-priced phone that the US misses out on.

Could be wrong but I believe the MEMC thing only happens when AdaptiveSync is active. Only the 144 setting activates AdaptiveSync. Switching down to 90 or 60 will prevent the MEMC issue.

Isn't that an ambient light sensor on the back, not a fake camera?
