Yes, Samsung does have a much larger hardware ecosystem than other Android manufacturers, so they do have a lot more software on the phone. But, it's kind of nice to have things work more seamlessly and be able to interact with other devices without having to learn command line hacking and all that.

Formerly Known As Edge Lighting
The new notification protocol doesn't allow for assigning colors to apps. The "app color" icon can be checked but not able to assign colors based on apps like previous versions. How do we get that fixed?

OneUI is the most bloated and resource heavy version of Android, they only get away with it now because phones are more powerful than before.
Samsung do not know what the words "lightweight" and "optimised" mean.

I have been happy and satisfied with every update that Samsung has rolled out until this one came. I have the S20+ and some apps are just reacting horribly to this new update, the new bubbles implementation is absolutely horrid, I wish I could bring back the way how Facebook Messenger implemented their chat heads, which is far more superior. Also some games have issues where when I look at the notification bar at the top, it'll stay there.
I hope Samsung can fix this in their next update.

S10 lite received the upgrade a week ago. Major performance boost. Kudos to Samsung.

The Bubble ruined FB Messenger's own pop-up bubble. It's so buggy and doesn't sync with the "Conversations" part in the notification.
