Best phone i have ever had works perfectly and I love the speed of the phone
For a bigginner phone its perfect and fits weel in budget

I don't really know what's happening with my Samsung A12 that i got recently. Wen powered on, it didn't display any app like setting, gallery, camera, nothing at all. All it's showing are direction on setting volume, screen zoom, font etc. What's going on?

First of no phone is perfect everyone has to accept that, whether it's a flagship or entry-Level device... the A12 may not tick the boxes close to a flagship and that is what we expect because if you bought it why say trash about it if you know what your getting before you buy it, so all I'm saying is this the samsung A12 is an entry level device designed to entry level stuff... so due to our customer expectations samsang tends to do this on purpose because they k ow what we want but because it's a company made to make profit they are losing their touch because they consider price rather than quality from time to time... but other than that I know what I was buying so why should I complain.... if you wanted something else the are a lot of options to choose from so why didn't y'all do that?

I hate this phone. On the first day, at unboxing, I was already at 92% storage capacity. I can't do anything on this phone accept make calls and text. It is so sluggish for anything else because there is no available storage. I have deleted and deleted and storage always remains at 92%. I installed a 1T SD card - which it ignores no matter what I do. I've taken it in for service and they tell me it's the best it can do and I leave with the exact same phone in the exact same condition. I expected an inferior phone compared to my previous Galaxy S9, I didn't expect a worthless phone as far as smartphones go. It's just a phone, not much above an old flip phone before internet capabilities.
This phone is great for those who only call and text. Don't attempt to do anything else.

I have galaxy a-12 32gb, owned several months. I have an echo of my voice on it when talking to someone. Now everyone that calls me, instead of showing their number, it says restricted, my contacts, or other callers. I have called about it many, many times, also took it to their office and they put a new sim card, still no better. They told me this phone is discontinued, so they couldn't send me another. They possibly could send me a c-13, but now I see it isn't any better. These phones are cheap junk! Don't waste money.

I've had this Samsung galaxy A12 for almost a year now, haven't liked it much from day 1. I like it even less every day. I simply can't afford to get another phone right now, so I just deal with all its problems. It's sooooo slow in every thing, from making calls to using the internet. Even taking pictures is a slow painful process. It isn't really user-friendly. Takes an extended period of time to get set up. The battery life, is the only positive thing I can say about this phone. But, it takes forever to fully charge...... DON'T BUY IT

The company refused me after I also sick headaches, due to the toxic situation of appoxy clue that in fact Samsung is using.after focusing me as well a new phone . Mine was 5 days old.I tore into my phone determined to make it as obvious to manufacturer, and OMG.OPENED Also so strong takes my breath away.boy Samsung is a good phone to use .but made as cheapest possible.as I said.all Sam gallerysare appoxy.might as well throw it far away from yourself as I had.shame on this company and also their bad integrity !

The Samsung A12 makes me sick. I get burning ears and throat and head pains within 1 minute of it near me, that lasts for a long time. They won't let me return it. Its poison to my body. It's got to be defective in some way.

I have recently bought A12 and to my disappointment the camera is not upto the mark and the battery drains very fast. One problem that is occurring is while calling the voice echoes the receiver cannot hear us clearly. So if anyone is planning to buy then don't.
