I hate this phone. On the first day, at unboxing, I was already at 92% storage capacity. I can't do anything on this phone accept make calls and text. It is so sluggish for anything else because there is no available storage. I have deleted and deleted and storage always remains at 92%. I installed a 1T SD card - which it ignores no matter what I do. I've taken it in for service and they tell me it's the best it can do and I leave with the exact same phone in the exact same condition. I expected an inferior phone compared to my previous Galaxy S9, I didn't expect a worthless phone as far as smartphones go. It's just a phone, not much above an old flip phone before internet capabilities.
This phone is great for those who only call and text. Don't attempt to do anything else.

I have galaxy a-12 32gb, owned several months. I have an echo of my voice on it when talking to someone. Now everyone that calls me, instead of showing their number, it says restricted, my contacts, or other callers. I have called about it many, many times, also took it to their office and they put a new sim card, still no better. They told me this phone is discontinued, so they couldn't send me another. They possibly could send me a c-13, but now I see it isn't any better. These phones are cheap junk! Don't waste money.

I've had this Samsung galaxy A12 for almost a year now, haven't liked it much from day 1. I like it even less every day. I simply can't afford to get another phone right now, so I just deal with all its problems. It's sooooo slow in every thing, from making calls to using the internet. Even taking pictures is a slow painful process. It isn't really user-friendly. Takes an extended period of time to get set up. The battery life, is the only positive thing I can say about this phone. But, it takes forever to fully charge...... DON'T BUY IT

The company refused me after I also sick headaches, due to the toxic situation of appoxy clue that in fact Samsung is using.after focusing me as well a new phone . Mine was 5 days old.I tore into my phone determined to make it as obvious to manufacturer, and OMG.OPENED Also so strong takes my breath away.boy Samsung is a good phone to use .but made as cheapest possible.as I said.all Sam gallerysare appoxy.might as well throw it far away from yourself as I had.shame on this company and also their bad integrity !

The Samsung A12 makes me sick. I get burning ears and throat and head pains within 1 minute of it near me, that lasts for a long time. They won't let me return it. Its poison to my body. It's got to be defective in some way.

I have recently bought A12 and to my disappointment the camera is not upto the mark and the battery drains very fast. One problem that is occurring is while calling the voice echoes the receiver cannot hear us clearly. So if anyone is planning to buy then don't.

Before A12 my mobile was J7 with giro sensor and everything

Hi Samsung! I just want to share my concern about SAMSUNG A12. I bought this last december 2021. Last wednesday, the battery percent went really fast. Usaully, the 100 to 80 percent would last a day but now it could last an hour. Also, the back is really hot. I tried to power it off but it didnt work. What will I do about it. I cant afford to buy another one cause its so expensive.

Has anyone had trouble when their A12 is lying flat on the table or something like that? You can't swipe, well you can't do anything, you have to have it in your hand. Someone said its the screen protector. Is there anyone who has/had the same problem?

It does not lag..The camera is not that Good to be honest.. It's got an equaliser which the A11 didn't have..A good phone for music too (with AKG headphones) the IPS LCD is just fine, and the battery does not disappoint. Gaming is okay and graphics are average..

But,
Touch, sound, color, brightness is good as compare to other brand mobiles of this range...
Camera, display, processor performance should be much better as it is not up to the mark as what i expected it would be after i heard that it has a 48mp camera and 4gb ram.
I have also observed overheating while charging since day one. (May be thats because of 15w charger)

Why are there so many vertical blue lines in my A12, I was worried and made a replacement but the new one is just the same. I'm sure the store I bought with is a legit seller. Is this OK or not pls tell me
