The performance of samsung a12 is very poor. Very low quality tachscreen and it's hanging manytime. I am not atoll satisfied.

Those posting the bad reviews did you go and buy the phone from some dealer who sold you a fake phone cuz ei, i have friends and family using a12 and they've not encountered such an issue😂

Heavy is mostly attributed to the weight of Samsung Tablets. Secondly the screen doesn't constantly break, you are just too careless to take good care of the screen, the screen is glass just like any other phone. stop trying to make them look bad when all the problems are from you. ive had my phone for a year and the screen is fine. it's just you. how can the screen be cracking when its not been impacted by an object or hasn't fallen down. smh

This phone is so slow. Hit the power button, wait 3 seconds for the screen to turn on. Touch the fingerprint sensor, wait 2 more seconds to unlock the phone. Hit the camera button, wait 4 seconds for the camera app to open. Wait 1-10 more seconds while it struggles to focus on anything at all. Hit the button, wonder if it took the picture.
The auto screen brightness is a mess. I disabled it and adjust the brightness manually several times a day because it just literally can't even.
But the battery life is great. I have never gotten below 40%.

This phone I am very pleased with. I tried all the settings and took several photos using the front camera and they are very detailed, not one blurry even with objects in the background. I had one blurry one after but that was down to a smudged finger print where the camera is. I do not have issues with speed and I find that as you use Android 10/11 enough it gets quicker. Battery life is very good and there is a quality about the phone which is missing in other makes at this price. Obviously it will not be able to compete with higher end phones, even so it performs well enough for the average user, even kids who use all the apps and post pics and vids online

I absolutely HATE the Samsung Galaxy A12 phone!!! It is heavy and bulky and the screen is constantly breaking even though I have a rubberized cover and screen protector. It is heavy and needs both hands to handle. Replaced the screen 3 weeks after purchase. Four months later need to be replaced again. My previous Galaxy S range was amazing. Small and easy to use, never had a screen protector only a rubberized cover and I never had any screen cracks or breaks in 4 years. Only upgraded because I wanted more space (upgraded from 64 to 128)

Bought a12 10th December and two weeks later touch screen unresponsive. Took it back 10th Jan now have to wait + two weeks.

I need help!!! I backed up my old Samsung to switch to my new Samsung 12. I am not tech savvy!! Everything switched to my new phone However a very important video was put in a QR code I have no idea what to do !!! I can't open it or watch it . If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it

My Samsung S12 has a staggeringly mediocre camera. The forward facing selfie camera is TERRIBLE. Video quality is mediocre. Reviews warned about the mediocrity, but I was really unprepared for how bad it is. Thank goodness my old Moto still works as a camera, because this more expensive Samsung has a really, really lame camera. Also the Samsung apps are junk.

I use the phone for 1 month and I get exactly what Samsung promised when promoting the phone. Very good photos when it comes to the rear camera even with less light. Average photos with selfie camera, but excellent pics when I set it to portrait mode. The phone performs pretty good all major functions except heavy games. No delays in opening applications, the phone is reliable. The screen of course cannot compare to an AMOLED but it's okay for watching videos etc. As for the battery, this phone is a winner, with regular use you can expect it will last you 2 full days. Charging is not a problem, in less than 2 hours you will go from 30% to 100%. Unless you are a heavy gamer you can go on and try this phone, it will not disappoint you. This phone is good for people who want to do their work and are on the go, multitasking is good. Overall it is a positive experience. They may classify it as a budget phone with an entry processor, but in fact the phone works well for professional people who need a long lasting battery and acceptable speed. One last point, Samsung has well optimized this phone so performance is a pleasant experience.

For your truthful information, this phone is lovely and nice.
It's fast and efficient, it has good battery life. It's just everything I could ask for in a phone. Mine is almost three months old.
