Not true actually. Some are different.
Whoever uses pentile matrix must pay Samsung. That's it.
LG's OLED is passive and has color filter same as LCD.
It means it has all the disadvantages of LCD with the disadvantages of OLED and only benefiting the contrast ratio.

Some prefer back mounted. There is no objectively best variant. It also depends on the phone. A new 77% bigger Qualcomm in-display sensor which is placed at a comfortable height and not ultra low like it is on some phones may induce a completely different reaction from users which favorize a side mounted sensor and could even feel better for them.

The camera is flagship grade? Oh com on. Photos are way underexposed specially when sky is clear. And the photos have a yellowish magenta tint to it. Just compare the photos with a true flagship like a iPhone 11 pro and u will see what I'm talking about.

beep bop boop, 04 Mar 2021really sweet bang for the buck, cameras are very impressive... moreNo. The ban on Google Services only applies to the Chinese Firmware which is only installed on the China only phones (like Mi 10 Ultra). All other Variants are not affected. If you a buy an Indian/European/Global phone you will get Google Services preinstalled and they will stay forever.
But even on the Chinese phones you can get Google Services by unlocking the bootloader and flashing official Global/EU ROM, or Xiaomi.eu Custom-ROM.

My Sony flagship from the past was telling me to replace battery within 1 year of usage.

Xiaomi makes phones at 200$ and sells it for 220$.
Thats the difference. Sony adamant of making profits by selling cheap Quality Xperia 1 II which cost 400$ at 1200$. This is why they have been rejected by the market.

It is also more convenient than a side mounted fingerprint reader. Capacitive fingerprint readers may still be quicker and more accurate though.
